Really?! Did you get your confirmation e-mail after the withdrawal?
EDIT: OMFG. I just randomly tried something: disabling 2FA. Once I did that, I got a message saying I would get an e-mail (message I've never seen before with 2FA activated) - then I've confirmed the withdrawal on my e-mail and 3 seconds later it was on my Exodus wallet! AWESOME!
Thats strange, because I had the 2FA, and it worked though. Anyway, if we have our coins back, it's the only thing we need to know  |

i've been trying to login my account for days but my 2FA Code has been failing continuously. i don't know what to do. I've emailed them continuously but no response so far. Does anyone knows how i can disable my 2FA.? Please someone help...!

Please be very careful with this exchange. I sent 0.43 ether 4 days back from Bitstamp to Mercatox and after 8000 confirmations on the network, my deposit still doesn't show under my wallet. I tried everything to reach out to them but have not heard back. PLEASE do not trust them with your money!
I am also in the same boat .. sent a few ether and never got credited. DO NOT USE MERCATOX!! They are scammers |

Bitcoin is in maintenance still, how long will this be in this status?
It does look like all the tokens are in trouble here. I did try to buy KIN token, pick the right sellers price but didn't see KIN in my account. I figured its because btc is in maintenance but tried selling CDT and I got my BTC. Why is selling coins pushing thru yet not buying coins?

I love how their tagline is the "most reliable" when a good chunk of their wallets are down right now. I guess it's one of those things where when they say they're reliable, they're probably not. Kinda' like sexy. If you have to tell others you are, you're probably not. LOL.

,I did a deposit of 0.33 btc, 2-3 days ago from poloniex to mercatox btc wallet, i didn't receive the funds yet, i checked in blocked payment is confirmed with 100+ confirmations i am not sure why they have not credited yet, i have submitted support ticket and send them tweets at twitter but still nothing, people say i will not get my funds kindly help its alot of amount for me kindly any admin can help?

i'd say the speedy deposits you get from mercatox is one of the best, but everything else is shitty. I don't know why half the exchanges don't invest more in support, the bigger they grow. I just don't get it? have a whole bunch of support staff, even if you have to employ one staffer for every 5 clients. or outsource!!! wtf!!! It's that simple. They are making a killing everyday..and don't even care to reinvest.  |

I'll add my voice to the list just in case someone is considering using them. I purchased XRB on them thinking I'd get into the new blockchain tech... but the wallet has been in maintenance for over a month now so I can't withdraw. I say screw it and sell back to BTC, and to save in fees I then purchase LTC... but the LTC wallet is in maintenance as well. Now I"m trying to get into Dash so I can transfer out... but the trade pages wont load.
So stay away!
