KarmaToken's Will be used to reward and compensate every individual who would take an active part in any of Good Karma Society's projects and activities. That would include brick-and-mortar businesses, online marketplace and mobile apps.
A portion of KTN total tokens will also be set aside as rewards for those who would provide funding for these activities and donors around the world. Every major donor and fund provider will be announced and publicized on our communications channels and get press releases too.
Being on the Ethereum platform, as an ERC20 token, it is readily available for use by other enterprises to reward their patrons.
With the dissemination of use of crypto-currency as one of the primary objective of Good Karma Society, businesses will be oriented on how they can make use of KTN as a reward token for their reward system.
In short Good Karma Society will develop socially beneficial projects such as recycling business and the likes and at the same time raise KarmaToken usage and value while ensuring wider distribution of KarmaToken in the most user friendly way as much as possible.

★As a KARMA holder, why should I exchange my KARMA to KarmaToken?
KarmaToken is the new KARMA, less the issues that hinder it. It is the proper step forward both in terms of technology and community. KarmaToken embodies all the ideals and good ideas conceived by KARMA community before but were not able to realize. While no holder of KARMA is obligated to swap, a simple comparison of the prevailing situation of KARMA to KarmaToken will clearly show why the move is advantageous. KARMA these days has no software developer and no one is active to make it worth anything. It is programmed to produce 10,000 coins per minute non-stop, infinitely creating unsustainable inflation for a non-utility coin. It has too many coins. Lacking key crypto components, it is very hard to utilize on crypto related projects. Karma has no mobile wallet, which is very important on this fast developing mobile market. In fact no one is interested anymore with KARMA that it reached an all time low of 0.00000003 LTC(Only this swap has brought a temporary interest to it which will end after the swap period). STEP 01 - Get a Counterparty wallet, copy your 12 words passphrase, paste it on a notepad document and email it to
your secured with 2FA email like a gmail account. Keep your notepad open for the steps ahead. Skip the QUICK ACCESS URL FOR MORE SECURITY.

Copy that address and paste it to a notepad document for easy access when you need it. Below is the step-by-step on how to create a new Counterparty wallet and where to find your address.

Click CREATE NEW WALLET 
Save the 12-words-passphrase shown, save it and send to your secured email 
Skip QUICK ACCESS URL fo better security 
Paste your 12-words-passphrase to log in to your new Counterparty wallet

STEP 03 - Visit the KARMA migration page and copy the KARMA address where you need to send your KARMA for migration.

STEP 05 - When you have made the last send, copy the transaction ID (TX ID) of that last send and paste it again on a notepad document for easy access later.
STEP 06 - Now you will sign a message, using your KARMA wallet. Click FILE choose SIGN MESSAGE then click it. On the window that will pop up, paste your Counterparty address, making sure there is no WHITE SPACE before or after your address. Then click the button found at the lower part of that window with "SIGN MESSAGE". There will be some random characters that will appear on the box titled "SIGNATURE", copy that signature to a notepad document, for easy access later.
Click FILE from your KARMA wallet's menu, clikc SIGN MESSAGE 
Add your KARMA wallet address on the proper field as shown: 
Paste your Counterparty address, where you want your KarmaToken to be sent 
Click the "SIGN MESSAGE" button to get your SIGNATURE Copy your signature and paste it on your notepad for easy access later. 
STEP 07 - Check the date you send your KARMA, cross reference that date with the RATE SCHEDULES below. Compute the number of KarmaToken you will receive by DIVIDING YOUR TOTAL SENT KARMA WITH 10,000, then MULTIPLYING THE RESULT WITH THE RATE. Copy and paste the result to a notepad document for easy access later.
STEP 08 - Now you are ready to fill the migration form request found on the migration page. Fill all the necessary fields, double check the accuracy of your details to avoid any problems later.

After you have done the steps above, you just have to wait for 3-5 days and your KarmaToken will be sent to the Counterparty address you provided, right after the verification process has been done on it.
