When I want transfer token I don't have enough BTC, I open FreeWallet and login with same seeds, private key ,just import account and that's it.
You can use same seeds, private key for all Counterparty wallet.

First, Click on the top left "briefcase icon". You will a list of assets. Select Karmatoken there. Then send. You will see KTN instead of btc. Very easy. But it takes long time because of large unconfirmed transactions in btc.

Tokenly is the cheapest one to send tokens. It is safe to use if you have good internet security setup. I used it.

I use indiesquare wallet. In that wallet you can set priority,
low= 10576 btc(confirmed about 8hrs-24hrs) 
medium= 50000 btc (confirmed about 2-5hrs) ,
high = i dont use but this is expensive method
