We are Back online  !!!!!

Hello! I ask that you please inform the support that there are users like me that we are not getting into our account. We are not receiving the code that is to be sent by email and this is hindering our work. I'm with currencies attached to this site and I can not log in. I do not receive the E-mail when I log in; I have always supported this site and I see that with the closing of the new exchange the tendency is that cryptopia grow. But do not fail to provide services. I am already unable to enter my account within 2 days and you do not respond. No support tickets neither facebok nor twiter. Not only do you need to work as users who are unable to verify their own accounts.

I created a topic here too.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2407427.msg24619214#msg24619214

I really do expect an answer.  Huh Huh Huh

head up ! With honesty

Please tell me more details why Waves was locked?
What's the reason?
By the way I have some problems on the Waves platform itself, I can't trade tokens there, I don't know why, but I have enough Waves balance (0.24) and the payment for transaction is much smaller.

Regarding Cryptopia - I like this exchanger, it has of my favorite cryptocurrencies, and also you can trade any crypto to Doge, and Doge is easy, fast cheap to withdraw, so you can also even trade small volumes.

I would also recommend you to include HST (Decision Tokens) they just finished ICO and trading volume is big enough that they are already listed on Coinmarketcap

Also I would be happy to see Burst on Cryptopia

And last but not least - if you create some kind of bounty campaign for BTT that would be great!

How does Cryptopia professionally solve problems?

https://i.imgur.com/WBVsjzt.jpg

Delisting without any info to dev and when u ask about it u receive a sarcasm joke from Cryptopia Owner... Very professional team!

It's just a warning, for all who are considering listing here... U pay about 5 BTC and in one day your coin can be delisting without any info to you  Wink

Is this actually genuine?

When are you going to activate ZCoin (XZC)?
This question has been asked multiple times before, but seems to be simply ignored?

What is the problem?
Let us know if there are any technical issues, may be we can solve them together.

Thanks for contacting Cryptopia. Currently our admins are working on a protocol fix for this wallet, as such it has been put into maintenance. Once this status has been lifted transactions will continue to process as normal. Unfortunately we do not have an ETA at this point in time. Your patience in the meantime is very much appreciated.

but this is absolutely useless information
zcoin wallet in maintenance more than a week, my money frozen more than a week and there is no information when it will end

Hello Lafu... really hoping you can help me with a problem I have had with your site for almost a week.

I created my acct a few months ago and moved a bit of $ in alts to test it out.  I recently got back from a long biz trip and tried to log on for the first time in probably over 1 month but I get the message that my acct is locked.  I have since sent 3-4 requests through the site ticket system but have not heard anything back yet and my acct is still locked.  Can you please help me get this unlocked?  If so, please PM me with the details you need.

Thanks!

So, i FINALLY heard from support via the 1st ticket I opened... this was 1 week ago today and the ticket was from a week before that. They said they could un-block my account but needed some details about recent transactions to validate. I sent my estimate of the few coins i moved over and have not heard back since (1 week ago today) and my acct is still blocked. So, i just sent another reply after finding the exact amounts I transferred to them. What I cannot understand is how waits of this length are acceptable.  2 weeks and counting and not even an estimate as to when I can expect to be able to use my account! This is especially frustrating since I have been mining Electroneum and would like to move some over to my Cryptopia walled.

Lafu... is there anything you can do to expedite this?

edit: got your pm Lafu, thanks. I didn't reply because very shortly afterwards, I got a response from support via email. Not sure if you had anything to do with that but if you did, thank you.

So to summarize, in the hopes that this helps someone else down the road, this is what happened.

- I am now back in my acct
- It was blocked because of a hack back in Sept
- Unfortunately, the hack successfully liquidated the $1k USD I had in 3 wallets
- There were multiple failed login attempts before they got in, and this is what has be baffled. Shouldn't all sites of this nature automatically block accounts after 2-3 failed log-in attempts?  they had to run many many attempts to get in so how on earth could my acct not have been blocked after this?
- In addition, i had security protocols in place to prohibit unauthorized withdrawals, which worked... almost! But instead, the hackers decided to just liquidate my funds by selling off some lame-as$ unknown coin at 3% of the going rate. I guess they had another account on Crypopia that bought those up and they got the $ that way, but in all honesty, they should have stop-gaps in place to curb this type of obvious fraudulent activity, because after all, nobody on this planet is going to sell something at 3% of what they just bought it for!

Bottom line is that all of this indicates logically that Crytopia should be returning my balances to my wallets on their site, but there was no mention of this in the email from their support. They just apologized for any inconvenience.

I just responded with my expectation of full restitution and will report back here when i receive a response.

Hello All,

As a long time user of Cryptopia I can say this is the best site for all of your crypto needs.  I especially like the marketplace, and have sold many items there.  The arbitrage page is awesome in finding some great deals across exchanges.  The term deposits are another feature unique to Cryptopia I use to hold my coins while earning interest. I enjoy the rewards and the lotto.  Cryptopia also has an exchange which is what the majority of crypto sites are and I am a heavy trader.

So if you are looking for more than just a simple exchange, a place where crypto should be and how it should be used, then come to Cryptopia.

WayaWolf,
Long time user of Cryptopia
Shareholder in Cryptopia
Advocate for Cryptopia

are ethereum, wave and neo based token traded there too?

Add Bitshares to Cryptopia. I'm surprised you don't have it added yet. Its one of the best projects in crypto. Steal all the volume Bittrex used to have and doesn't have anymore because it delisted it for some whack reason. You could add an easy 100 btc volume to your exchange per day with Bitshares. I'll recommend you to all my contacts if you add it, but don't make me look desperate. This is more for your own benefit than for Bitshares
