How are you guys seeing S/s on this miner. I'm only seeing H/s.

Getting about 38-40 H/s on my RX470 8gb.  Any ideas on how to improve this?

I got 63 to 70 H/s on my RX 470 8gb.. I modified the GPU bios using polaris.. then flashing it using atiwinflash..

I see Zec is now down to $151 a coin.

Still not a bad price per coin I suppose.

I wonder if anyone sold when the price was high and has bought more now the price has dropped hoping it will go back up again

nice miner, high fees, speed lower than other miner, off i go & many others too soon i guess ... let's see the next update.

470 4gb nitros getting 80+ to 90 sols = happy miner without the fees or restriction but with less features but definitely can live with it !

oh the 480 8gb is hovering around 100 sols.

lower power consumption too

I believe that downtrend will continue for a long time. Current price is still very high.

Tried out SA V5. On R9 290s the Sol/s seem to be the same, but it is more consistent (staying between 290-295 instead of fluctuating between 285-300 across all 3 cards). Also no dev fee.
There is hardly any CPU usage, either...and the GPUs are also running about 5° cooler.

Seems to get max performance with instances=2

SA V5 works with nVidia. They are getting about 70S/s on a GTX 1070. Only works on Maxwell and Pascal cards.

you need hex to edit the bios...

on latest version of windows, it may not support elpida, not sure though but i had issues on 1 of my nitro with elpida memory, i'm back on older version of SA, works on cm v4 though.

Fresh w7 install.
Same error on fresh w10 install.
Mining works for a moment, then when i close miner and relaunch it, i've this -36 error.
It's a new rig so i've no idea about this problem.
Result is the same with miner 4.0 or 2.1

10:58:45:932   994   GPU 0, GpuMiner kx(2) failed -36

Any idea ?

Thanks
Found, it's ram problem.
Not received my new ram, so tested with 2 old 1G.
With 4G from another rig, it works well !
you need 4gb ram on pc
problem with hard disc
check it

I use the R9 Nano to mine with Claymore V4. For 6 cards, I can get about 600 Sol/s. But the power consumption is about 1200W, is that normal?

Yes, unless you undervolt them. They run stable at -72mV on core with v4.0 at 100 H/s. Probably you could go even lower.

If you operate them in a very cold environment 24/7 at 200W shouldn't be a problem, with the fans spinning at 20%. If you operate them at room temperature without additional forced air cooling, 24/7 at 200W will not be good for the fans since they will spin at 50% or higher and likely not live very long.
