How to check how much power my rig is pulling from wall?

Get a Tong Tester (Current Clamp) for testing electrical power wattage/amp drawage per device/s.

Here is one that you can get on Amazon:  https://amzn.com/B00009MDBU

awesome work claymore!

users with amd sempron 145, did anyone try to OC that shit cpu to improve intensity? I unlocked one of mine, but the other rig's cpu is not so lucky, just crashes at windows load. The unlocked did improve about 10% on 280x hashrate but the unlocked has r9 390 cards and must use it with i=0. With stock cooler, can the sempron be OC'ed? if so, how high?

GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

at the start of your .bat file.  but they may not be necessary depending on your hardware

I'm going to have to make a website with all the basic info for n00bs (no offense sir we all have to start somewhere), bat files, bios flashing and all the other stuff
