The only difference i notice, ist that the rx 480 is much faster than the r9 280x for the first time. -i 0 or -i 2 doesn't matter. Claymore is obviously optimising for the newer cards.

So i0 or i1 or i2 all seem the same.
-i does nothing now???
For me there is a difference. There's a big difference. With -i 0 my 290x can hit 135 Sol/s. With -i 2 it hit's 148 Sol/s. Honestly didn't expect that. Though since I have 3 modded 290x's in a single rig, the fluctations between them all are too wide a margin. Looks like the best way is to have different -i values for all gpus even if they are exactly the same.

As I see it, this is miner slower than the "Optiminer/Zcash GPU miner v0.3.1: 175Sol/s R9 Nano, 135S/s R9 290, 120S/s RX470". I have 6 x Sapphire RX480 NITRO OC+ and my hashrate with Claymore miner is slower : AMD 480 does 130sols to 140sols with V5.

By the way, dont try with a Radeon 6990. IT works but 8 Sol/s in total and uses like 300 Watts.

Awesome work again Claymore. I'm getting 130~140 sol/s across all 9 RX480. 4 of my 290x average about 125 sol/sm, touching 130 sol/s. 3 others give over 130 sol/s, sometimes touch 140 sol/s. Consistent performance difference between the 4 and the 3 at identical clock speeds. All 7 cards have 390x memory controller BIOS mod, the 3 faster cards just all happen to have Hynix RAM and the other 4 Elpida RAM. I was having this same performance difference on older Claymore versions and SilentArmy too. Even though I have tightened the Elpida timings a lot. Can only guess something about the Elpida RAM cards is holding them back. Something other than just plain memory straps Hi For RX480 what mod are you using besides straps ? Whats your power consumption? Your results look great. I have 6 MSI RX480 4G gaming x (hynix) and 7 RX480 reference 8G (Elpida) No need to mod, I get at 130 to 140 on AMD 480-8gb using these settings: Core clock - 1350 Core volt - 1135 Mem clock - 2200 Mem volt - 1100 Set target fan speed to max and target temp to 70C. Still stable enough for gaming.

I had refused to share my modded rom for a Sapphire Nitro OC RX 480 8gb, but have been asked very politely by several people, soooooooo....... http://www.filehosting.org/file/details/618115/Sapphire%20RX480%20NitroOC%20low%20watt%20modded%20vbios.romThis rom should get ~112 Sol/s @55 watts. I don't use Trixx etc, just run it like it is, but of course you can toy with settings if you wish. My goal was highest hashrate at the lowest wattage. If you find it useful, I am not afraid of tips: BTC 1E56WgKJK4kmaVzwxWYg1wY6iPX1GdipDK ZLC t1VAvb4hGh8Tj68TUSpq38859yCFUxHVmwK

No. May never be. Fixed my latency issue by using -i 2. Strange the cpu must be a bottleneck. Edit: Still getting high latency shares after rejected share, everything is fine until then. Miner slows to a crawl with 500-600ms shares. will try restart every 30 mins if I can get it to work.

Always say NO to Cloud Mining... Why are they still advertising this. They are going to get branded as a scam if they haven't already. Can't believe the team show their faces. Let them be branded as a scam still a scam from day one with over priced contracts. 2600 for 70H that can easily be achieved from 1 gpu with msi 280x now in excess of 100H/s. What they are telling everyone is for every 2600 you buy 70H/s They build another 6 GPU rig for that 2600 is near enough right on the mark to buy 1 full rig of 480x at that price. Guess they like to scam. Have used in past will never use again for anything. I will stick to building rigs and building something for the miners in the future at a fair price if plans go head till that day anyone thinking to genesis mine DO NOT.

Strange the cpu must be a bottleneck. Yes, this is weird. Although the cpu-usage is only 3%, starting a cpu-miner such as XMR, significantly reduces the hashrate.

I would never buy cloud mining but I told people that was a scam from the moment they wanted thousands for the hash of a single rig. Now in todays miners even a very modest home gamer has the equivalent investment over there worth the price of a new luxury car Besides what fun is cloud mining anyway?? Think of all the joy we have by putting together rigs, modding our roms, running new miners and different software.
