What do you mean by licked with such coins? You shouldn't forget that crypto exchanges are probably the largest whales in the whole crypto game. That in turn leads to them having quite a significant interest in supporting forks as they can also dump those coins they freely received.

I did everything per the book in depositing my coins in ZCL Electrum as they stated was preferred and did not receive any BTCP coins. Guess I should have just sold them as they became almost worthless once the hard fork was finished. Too bad is seems like the team has either not completed the drop of the new coins or it isn't going to happen.

Luckily this was old coins I bought long ago so didn't lose too much money, but still a bit frustrating. Will try and work with BTCP support team if it doesn't appear in a few more days, but thought it should be almost instant?

So turns out my question about future (and non-existent) plans for zclassic was right - there currently isn't a development team, but looks like some developers are willing to take over the project.

Any developer who is willing to takeover a coin that does not include a mining reward for developers or other benefits should be looked on favourably by the community!

It's your own fault, if you didn't see the red warnings signs with huge letters saying "MASSIVE DUMP AFTER SNAPSHOT, BE READY TO SELL FAST OR LOSE YOUR MONEY". It was clear ZCL is going to crash.. I just cannot believe how stupid and greedy people can be. Never buy anything when the price is at it's peak.

The only people that have a right to complain are the ones who didn't get their bitcoin private coins when they had them parked in their wallets.. I do think that there should have been ample time for coin buyers to learn what exchanges we're going to carry the coin after the fork. The general vagueness about information could be construed as a form of fraud if the team doesn't come forward with more info soon.

I am not affiliated to ZCL or Rhett in any manner. I just find it ridiculous that people are crying here about losing money. You haven't been deceived in any way and there is nothing you can sue anybody for. Before investing always do some research on the matter you are about to invest in. If you don't know what you are investing in or don't understand the risks, it's better not to invest. If you just blindly pour money into random projects and hope you'll be a millionaire in the coming months, well you deserve to lose your money.

Few days ago my opinion was it may stabilize somewhere more up than current price seeing so much buying at peak prices. I was wrong and misread the situation. Now I will say this downtrend will not stop until it sees the price from where it stated. In existence of BTCP it really doesn't justify its needs anymore as well. Again all these actions are for short term but long run what shows us has to come yet.
