I don't see the bitcoin as the "future of money", at least no with all well-known problems it have (scalability, lack of legal framework, etc)

Yes, it is on those services but still depending on those people who got powers to make this possible. And as you said those factors are needed by bitcoin to be the future money but still for us who are into bitcoins, we can make it as our own currency without consent of our local governments since this is digital they won't know.

Also bitcoin was regulated by financial service agency in japan.  Not only japan luxemburg is recognize bitcoin too,  they allow bitcoin giant stock exchange in their country. We wont still able to tell on how bitcoin will be developed on near future but you are right we would not surely reach the point that bitcoin would able to surpass fiat on any way.
