I think the site design of security is vague, people may often forget the login name because the name is created by random, if we have a recovery email, we can reset the password right?

No, you can't. If you forget your password you have to log in by signing message with your master address.
You can change your name to anything you want.

Just one thing - user name is not the same as login. You get a random name in the beginning, but you actually need to set up login credentials later.

There is no automatic mechanism for account recovery. We treat each "I lost my password" case individually. In general I assume users can sign messages with their bitcoin address (aka Master Address) and keep this address secure. Having an email filled can help in recovering account, but it's easier to hack an email account than a properly setup YD account with 2FA. Take this into account! :-)

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

2FA protection and login with master address - it is the best protection. also it isn't necessary to remember the difficult password.
It would be possible to add for a chat of the button of language localizations... it would be good. Or the localizations of a chat chosen for a profile were fixed. together with the public room.

I would like to try the services of the site the soonest possible time however I am a bit short on budget right now. But the website looks really enticing and could really attract a lot of potential users especially the young ones.

Wut?
The login is whatever you want it to be
it doesn't have to be the name the site is giving you ^^

There seems to be a bit of confusion around this.  There are two different "names" on the site.  There is the actual account login name, which YOU create with the password.  Then there is your chat name, which can be changed freely at will.

So your login name can be whatever will help you remember your login credentials, and your username can be anything you think best represents you in chat (which can be changed).

On the other hand, if you need help recovering your account or resetting your password, you can always email Ethan at yolodice@zoho.com

So for example, let's say I want to create a new account (these credentials are made up, they aren't linked to anything).  I enter my Master Address and then opt to log in with a Login name and Password.

Login: PotatoMaster
Password: imnotapickle

After this if you scroll down you can adjust your nickname or username which can be changed at any time.

Nickname: ZeGreatPotato

I hope this resolves your concerns. Smiley

Err, I'm having a bit of a hard time understanding your request, but it seems like you want chats in other languages?  We have them! Smiley

The channels feature is new and not widely used yet, but for example in the chat bar if you type "/join ru" it will put you in our Russian channel.  fr is French, pt is Portuguese, and we have several others.  If you receive an error about not being able to create or join a chat of a specific language, the Moderators can always make a new channel for you.

The letters followed by /join are determined by the list of ISO 639-1 codes, found here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-1_codes

So just look up your language, and enter "/join code" like the example above, or ask a Mod to make sure your channel exists. Smiley

I really enjoy my dice experience here, we can chat, roll dice and invest, since there are a few dice sites(betking is shut down, not many profitable invetment sites) which offer invest feature now, I consider investment is the best feature in this site.

One of my opinion to share, and hope it is useful to gain user experience: is it possible to make the chatting room and playdice page in the same page, similar design you can refer to primedice. And IMO watch page can be integrated with play page, so 3 pages into one big page is neat for users. One point to praise, the first page is very well designed, I feel lucky we have a cool site in the community.

The Chat page is already integrated onto the Play page, you just have to open it. Smiley  As for Watch page, that's not added yet but I'm sure Ethan will consider it as an option. Smiley

A quick update about the referral program:

It looks like we'll be paing almost 5 BTC later today as referral payouts!. This is because we dedicate 10% of site profits to the referral program. The good news is that it's not too late to join the referral program, invite referrals and have a share in this enormous pool. The more your referrals wager, the more your share is.

Thanks to everyone for your support! Running the site like YD is not an easy things, but it's a pure pleasure thanks to you - our players, investors, fans, mods, affiliate partners etc. Thank you for your support so far! I'll keep doing my best!

Cheers,
Ethan

But still it does not mean that everyone has the same fate as you are and not all people has this kind of luck and balance to get until this huge amount of btc though. This is dice game so anything can happened here so dont try to push your luck away. It is still better if you withdraw half of your profit than gamble it all away

Just wow. So far I was ignoring referral programs and never paid much attention to them. But after hearing this info I might change my attitude.
From what I could see over last week Yolodice gained many new users, it is the fastest growing new dice site. Well done.

So your affiliate program is not based on players' losses or wagering amount, it is based on site profit? Now I have a question, house winnings don't contribute to the whole house? But minus 10%?

But I'm wondering if there's a feature " stop auto bet when reach profit xxx " ?

So your affiliate program is not based on players' losses or wagering amount, it is based on site profit? Now I have a question, house winnings don't contribute to the whole house? But minus 10%?

1. your minimum payout in the aff program is 0.20% of referrals' wagered sum.
2. if site has profit, the program works a bit differently. there is a pool and we put 10% of site profit into the pool. you then get a share in the pool which is proportional to your rereffals' wagered sum.

This week the site had pretty large profit indeed. so we added 10% of the profit to the pool, hence the large payout!  10% is exactly the commission we take from investors each week, so basically we are pumping our profit into the referral program.

And yes, I paid it yesterday. It was like 4.7 BTC alltogether. I am glad I could make a few people happy :-)

Although  I cannot guarantee the future payouts will be as large (it depends on site stats, rules remain the same however), I highly encourage you to join the referral program! I think both 10% of site profit and 0.20% of wagered are not bad margins at all.

There are a few forum signatures (and soon banners) that could help you right here: https://yolodice.com/#referrals

Cheers,
Ethan

Speed is great I was able to bet more than 5 bets per second.
You have stop profit field where you define desired profit.
