Question about transaction fees for withdrawing - do you plan to add more options with larger fees for faster withdrawing? It could be really helpful in some situations. As I understand, right now it's a flat 0.0002 BTC for all withdrawals.
It would be nice addition for yolodice, nowadays many dice sites offers this feature which is very useful for players so that they can get faster confirmation when they set higher fees especially for bigger withdrawal amount. They should just make this just like Bitsler. Last months there is so now and then a very large queue unconfirmed transactions. if that happens you definitely want to set a higher fee. Hi, regarding the withdrawal fees - the actual network fee we include in outgoing transactions are chosen so that the transaction is included in 2-4 next blocks. Most on the withdrawals are included in the very next block that comes. 0.0002 is just a flat fee we charge the users, our goal is approximately 0.0006 per KB so that a transaction does not hang in mempool too long. I am actually thinking about increasing the flat fee a bit because we spend more on network fees than we get in these fees :-) I was thinking about batch withdrawals with a smaller fee (or even free), but we do not have enough volume just yet. Once we hit at least 10 withdrawals per hour, then we can introduce this option.

Thank you Ethan & Randall for the well organized giveaway & quick credit of prizes for the winners. I have participated in giveaways from various Dice Sites before & have always been frustrated with how long the take to credit the winners. I was totally amazed at how quick you guys chose the winners & credited their accounts....Thanks Again Thank you too! Take care!

Larger fees is not really large when you are a gambler, our concern is only to see a fast deposit so we can enjoy the game the soonest time and when we win, of course we love to withdraw also and we want it the faster way. Transaction fee won't matter, it's just a minimal amount, most of the gambling sites have that.

If you deposit from your wallet you control the fee and if you pay enough you should see your coins next block or if it is under 0.1 it will most likely be instantly available on your Yolo Dice account. Most of the deposit I sent were credited instantly.

Yeah that is true, but many people are complaining about high fee and some gambling site get some percentage from their withdrawal too. For example high fee around 0.001 and then to make the withdrawal there is only need 0.0005 then many people start complaining about this and that. For huge withdrawal sure they dont see this as a problem though but for some low amount of withdrawal, this will become a real problem because their withdrawal will cost this a lot

I was thinking about batch withdrawals with a smaller fee (or even free), but we do not have enough volume just yet. Once we hit at least 10 withdrawals per hour, then we can introduce this option.
I know that some casinos are offering free withdrawals with zero fees, FortuneJack for example. But I never heard about about mass withdrawal option. I like this concept, that would be very nice.
So far I have to say that your standard 0.0002 withdrawal fee is working fine. I never have to wait more than couple minutes. Every transaction was confirmed in the next block.

YoloDice is using flat 0.0002 transaction fee for every withdrawal. But there are plans to improve withdrawals: add zero fee bulk withdrawals and maybe allow users to specify their own fees. From my experience standard fee is more that enough for fast confirmation.

There is no such option available at this moment. YoloDice is using flat 0.0002 transaction fee for every withdrawal. Actually we pay the fee that our bitcoin node suggests us, we only charge the user the flat fee. The node is configured to set fees to pretty standard fees and most outgoing transactions make it into the next 2 blocks. I much more often hear people complaing that 0.0002 is too high than that the actual fee is too small. But indeed, having 2 withdrawal options looks smart: 1. Instant withdrawal (single transaction), with a fee, submitted immediately, 2. Batch withdrawal (grouping multiple withdrawals into one transaction) with a minimal fee (or maybe even free?), maybe twice a day. I think it would make everyone much happier, what do you think?

Just to let you know, I have been working on an API and it's almost ready for a public preview. If you want to take a quick look at the specs, here they are: Note it's still a work-in-progress, but I hope with a Ruby client (to be released this week) it would be possible to gamble a few coins pretty soon. Cheers, Ethan

You're maybe over-thinking it a bit. Sure such option would be cool, no doubt about it. But that would be a unique one, the whole internet and gambling world are working without a dual withdrawing system. Users will always ask for more, it doesn't mean you have to comply everytime otherwise you'll never stop making new developments just to make people happy! But if you think it's worth the effort, such solution would indeed make everyone happy, in fact you would be the only site I know which gives such options

I'd be fine with the batch withdrawal option being introduced and will be using that from now on when offered. I like the faucet but noticed that my balance would need to be 0 to use it. So 20x a day isn't that great if you can not claim it like an hour or two later. Could you possibly change that? So I can get closer to that 10btc bet amount. I am at 1btc so far.

Yes, just use /tip command to rain multiple people, e.g. to tip me and Scott you could do: where 1,2 - these are my and Scott's IDs, 0.1 is how much you want to split between us. Although I think it's a very fine example, I am affraid you will want to change the parameters :-) Also what about a faucet that levels up based on the a out you have waged ?
Take the look at our FAQ: https://yolodice.com/#faq , there is a question "How much does the faucet drop?". Clearly the amounts dropped depend you your wagered amount and can reach 0.00003 BTC (3k satoshis). Cheers, Ethan

Hi, just a quick update:
1. Yesterday our servers were a bit laggy and I am sorry for this. It looks like some of database queries were not optimized. I have improved performance of some of the operations, e.g. generating user profit graphs should be much faster now (especially if user has more then 10,000 bets
2. I had to increse the withdrawal fee to from 20ks to 30k satoshis (0.0003BTC). We really want all the outgoing transactions to be confirmed withn a few blocks (and not hang for 12 hours), but with the mempool being stuck so often recently we often pay fees much higher than what we charge our players, we want to make it a bit more close to that we pay. Good thing is that we might add low-fee batch/group withdrawals in the near future.
Cheers, Ethan

Yes,that's correct and must be a stable payment feature in other to bring in more gambler cause people love a fast or automatic payment deposit site which pay customer their winning in a snap.

can we test yolodice via mobile device? On my side the site cant loaded and always on connecting, or its because my broswer not support to open this one?
Which mobile device are you using? It works perfectly fine on my Android devices, with both Chrome and Firefox. Moreover you should be able to add YOLOdice to your home screen, bringing a near-native experience (whithout browser bar etc.) It works totally fine on my android phone also, maybe the problem is your internet connection, not the site itself. Also try to clear the cache of your browser to increase the performance of it.
