Of course bitcoin is on my top list, but for the alt coins the best for this year is monero.

Yeah! bitcoin and monero are good candidates to stay invested in for 2017. Both have enough room to pump and get into new price range. Also take a look at ICN tokens and SNGLS. I think they are suitable for investors looking to stay invested for 4 to 8 years time period.

Most people here would really choose bitcoin since its the most top crypto currency of all time and no alts could able to surpass that no matter what. I would still invest into bitcoins and save or purchase even more since its price does really inflates on a matter of time. You mentioned about XMR which also a good candidate which some people on darknet already using it just like what happen to bitcoin on its early years.

I'm surprised that Sia (https://sia.tech/) has not been mentioned more often. Its high inflation rate and the high Bitcoin price are probably the reasons why the price for Sia was falling so much lately.

you're right about that. chronobank price may be high, it will be an excellent investment for 2017 but, doge also have the same potential. Well, apart from that very many coins are almost have the same potential. but, I would probably look at developments in the chronobank, before I buy it.

None was feeling doubt about bitcoin.  Try to googling it the syscoin.
But, to be honest I think iconomi will become the best crypto in 2017. I will be choosing it rather than factom. but bitcoin will always be my responsibility. and totally ICN was better than all of the coin was already on that list.
