How are things working out for users here? I was thinking of trying this pool but if i am making doge and cannot sell them right away for btc/ltc doesnt that defeat the purpose? Yea i realize doge could go up but it could also crash.

So i am curious how things work out for users here LONG term. Not just a few days. Isnt it a pain to always be selling on exchanges that are a pain to use?

This is honestly the first snag I have ever had with Cryptsy/Multi-pool. And its only one transaction now. I have since withdrawn 3 different withdrawals of DOGE and they all went through to Cryptsy since. I like the interface and I like that I am diversifying across quite a few coins.

So far so good for me.  Like that Multipool over is on the forum and will let us know what is going on in a timely fashion when there is a issue.
Cryptsy seems to be a love/hate for a lot of people.  lol.  It started out slow for me, but has been working good now.  I have over 130 trades in so far, and can't complain all that much.  Grin

Give it a try, and see what you like.  Great thing about mining is there are a lot of sites out there.  Best to try a few to find the one you like the most!

My first multipool payout was mid-July and I've held all coins mined. Single graphics card mining at 400 kh/s has yielded a supposed 2.3 BTC if I were to convert today. Not bad at all IMO, but I don't know what the equivalent amount would be if I were using a sell immediately strategy.

Biggest winners have been MEC, WDC, DOGE, DGC, FTC. They account for >87% of that BTC value.

Any idea when we're going to start seeing these new SHA256 pools?  I'd love to see a Tigercoin pool, for one.

Does anybody has any suggestions what Share Diff is better for workers with 700kh/s and 1500kh/s scrypt speed?
May be there is a manual somewhere for it?
Tnx.

Tnx.

Pulled from the site:

Over long time periods, share difficulty does not matter, and the default of 64 will work fine for anyone. However, if you experience inconsistent payouts over shorter time periods you may want to set the share difficulty lower on your slower miners. I suggest the following per worker:

Scrypt coins:
250KH and below: 16
250+: 32
500+: 64
1000+: 128
2000+: 256
3000+: 384
4000+: 512

SHA-256 coins:
250MH and below: 1
500MH+: 2
1GH+: 4
10GH+: 16
30GH+: 32
60GH+: 64
125GH+: 128
250GH+: 256
500GH+: 512

Most easy, such convenience  Grin

Go to your MultiPool.us account page and scoll down. In the bottom right you'll see recent withdrawals. Click on one and go to a list of all of that coin, e.g.

Anyone experiencing connection interrupts while connecting to multipool? Just connected about 6 workers and they where reporting on the website. Now a hour later they are all gone.

Sometimes cryptsy works fine.

But when it goes bad... it's awful.
