I have 50.000 MOON balance - unconfirmed ? What does that mean it should be confirmed until now. Please make sure that I get paid - my username on your pool is alximix. I mining Doge few hours, but they do not appear on the balance sheet, had to go to another pool.

I have been mining when your frontend was down. You said "keep mining the pool works"  on main page but its clearly lie. 79% of what I should of earned doge coins are missing. I only have 3000 doge I normally make 30k a day. Is this some sort of scam scheme going on? You lost your credibility here, Not coming back to this pool until you fix this shit.

... If something was wrong why wouldn't multipool take the mining pools offline so our workers could automatically switch over to another pool.
Now we've all just wasted hashes and time.

This.

My balance showing as of now is what it was ~24hrs ago.  When the web site went down, my workers kept going for about 12hrs until the pool went down (~12hrs ago).  They switched over then to a back up for a couple of hours then the multipool mining pool came back up and they auto switched back.  I noticed it and manually switched to a backup because of the note on the website down page saying to switch miners.  None the less, I was mining on Multipool for a good ~12 hrs yesterday but no sign of the coins.  That is a lot of time and coins.  As others have said, where did all that hashing power go and where are the coins I mined?

If there was a problem that bad that resulted in lost coins, the pools should have been taken down (and left down) right a way.  For now I will reserve judgment, maybe everything we mined yesterday will show up in our accounts eventually.  For now though it is not obvious that they are up and working yet, so I am still mining elsewhere for now.

At this time it's guessing whether they are actually working very hard resolving the issue or searching for a Lamborghini. As far as I can see he/they haven't informed us (their clients) about anything since the frontend came back online. Maybe I've lost many thousands of Dogecoins, Maybe not...

But please guys, let us know so we can either continue mining at your pool for now or switch (temporarily) to another pool.

Clients like me feel left in the dark.

hum, it smells a bit like scam... but the truth is that a lot of pools are being attacked (DDOS) and maybe they went "full" down this time. Lets wait for a response... i hope soon be back to multipool!

My 8 hours' mining for DOGE at over 11MH yield nothing for yesterday's web front down time.
I should be getting 25-30k DOGE coins.

All you noobs - chill!  Flound is totally legit.  I've been mining on multipool for over 6 months.  Yes, the pools are fouled up, but not because it's a scam.  Running multiple coin across three server farms is complex and a challenge on a good day, so when things go bad, they can go REAL bad, especially if you are under an attack. Sure, Flound could post more updates, but if he's up to his elbows in the system, he's got more on his mind than I'd want to deal with!

Give him some time.  Mine elsewhere until things are stable here, but know that he's doing all he can to restore the system and to protect your earnings as best he can.

You guys have no idea what it is like to run a pool. It is stressful. Low pay for hours worked for most pool admins. Long long hours. Constant uptime is the goal. Constant hacking attempts, dos attacks, and fraud. Users asking questions every hour. The db for a pool is so heavily used it is staggering. 1000s of inserts/reads/updates a second. Any software change can cost you money if it messes up. Not just your money but other people's too that can be stolen in a blink of an eye. Now add in more complexity being a multi pool and it is even more work. Give the guy a break. Switch to another pool for a day or two and let him recover. He will explain everything. Rebuilding a server(s) takes hours and hours of non stop work. Little sleep. Stress. Then come back when he is done. I dont know of a single pool that has a perfect track record.

No one thinks running a pool is a cakewalk.   But taking out 30 seconds to update customers on the pool's status isn't much to ask at all.  I don't care how hard the job is.....he's got 30 seconds to communicate to customers who give him money.  These lectures are B.S. IMHO.

Agreed it is hard work running a pool, but a few minutes just to say "Hey I'm doing my best to get things sorted, let me get on with it" and there wouldn't be so much speculation on this thread.

This is ridiculous, for the whole day on 1/24 the pool was running at something above 10GH, and that did not find any block? You got to be kidding me.
bye bye multipool.

I don't think you have any idea what kind of experience I have as a unix/linux admin.
No one is dissing Flound, everyone liked multipool and most will come back.

However, the lack of timely communication is unprofessional and breeds distrust.

If you can't do something good — don't do. I don't care how complicated it is to run a pool. Do someone out of here care how hard to maintain a mining farm? Oh guys, I am so tired, things are so complicated, hardware dies, continuous power issues, etc etc. Does anybody care of that? I don't think so. They said it is safe to mining but then the site was restored and continue like if nothing happened. They could at least give us some info about what is going on, like "no worries, you'll be paid once we fix something" or "sorry, but the coins are lost but it is safe to mining now". But I don't see anything like that.
