The attacks are coming from gptdown.  I just received an email from someone claiming to be the admin there that stated they have stopped the attacks.
Um, so how about we find out who from there is responsible for those attacks and go and slaughter them like stuck pigs?  Grin

I've never used Multipool before. Started mining Doge for last few hours @ approx 1400 kh/s. By balance is still zero. The help page says "Your balance will not update until a block is found" but the stats page for Doge is showing that two blocks have been found in the last 30 minutes so I would expect something to be showing.

Is this normal?

I'm thinking the Database is just behind and needs to catch up with the shares.

My unconfirmed is stuck at 69.4728 for two days although I did get my coins after the debacle yesterday. Now I'm hashing and blocks are found but no updates in the coins....Yet......

Doge blocks scoring now..  Not sure what happened there, a lock got set in the db somehow.

Multipool - Always mine the most profitable coin - Scrypt, X11 or SHA-256!

wish there was a option to select which group of coin  the miner will change to automatic ...

I was looking at my history and saw LOT coin geees

wish it would just select the most profitable coin  by base it of difficulty AVG  over the last 24 hours and  the avg price over the last 24 hours

so it doesn't change from doge > LOT > MOONcoin

you can control the market buy buying $10 USD of a coin at a huge high price and for the next 6 hours all muili coin pool mine it and flood the markets

+1 [just a place to check off which coins you'd like to mine on the wallet list would be great]

So do you mean not all shares from the downtime are payed out yet or what?
I for one can already confirm my shares from the 'downtime' are most definitely not payed out yet, unless you think 6524 doges for 15 hour mining at 8000kh/s is normal at multipool.

Getting very annoyed here, am i being scammed or not... dunno atm

Hi
Just started to use multipool for SHA256 a couple of days ago. I haven't received any PPC even though the pie chart shows it as about 11% of the last 24hrs. Am I looking at this too simplistically?

Hi
Just started to use multipool for SHA256 a couple of days ago. I haven't received any PPC even though the pie chart shows it as about 11% of the last 24hrs. Am I looking at this too simplistically?

The reason is that the pool hasn't found any PPC block in the last 501 hours. You can see this in the table upper right of the page, third column. As long as the next block isn't found by the pool, you won't get your coins. But your shares are counted, and as soon as a block is found, you will get payout even if you stopped mining.

Likely, you will need to wait for multiport to be pointed back to PPC so that the pool gets enough hashrate mining PPC again to find a block.

Hope this helps!

Ah, right, that helps, thanks. So, assuming that what one person does can make a difference, and that I am in the mood to spread peace and goodwill, if I pointed my hashing at PPCoin, then the block could be found faster, and we would all get paid that little bit sooner?

Anybody else experiencing the same?

Unless the multiport is pointing to LTC, you are basically solo mining.  Unless you have a lot of horsepower, your variance is going to be huge.

This is not a LTC pool.

I mine at Kano's Pool because it pays the best and is completely transparent!  Come join me!

Thanks for the explanation. I am new to mining
I see the block time for LTC is  57.52h, does that mean coins will be paid out every 57.52h at the current pool hashrate of 50.2 MH/s?

Is it on a exchange yet?  Did not see it on Crypsy.  Typically you will only find coins on the site that have a place to exchange them.

MOON   5484.9 MH/s   0h5m   0.00000090   253.61

LOL - that is just nuts.  Not sure I have seen a 250+ profit on a coin.  See how long that lasts

Can somebody please advise me what "block time" refers to
LTC "block time" is reported as 63 hours and it keeps arising.

Apologies if it's a stupid question I'm new to mining, tried searching google but couldn't find anything.

More or less, yes.  The block time is the estimated time to find a block.  Note that this is an estimate and the actual time can vary greatly.  The pay out will not occur until a block is actually found not on the estimated time.  So coins would be paid out ~every 58hrs only if a block is actually found then.

The block time is an function of the pools hash rate and the coins difficulty.  Either one will cause the block time to get higher or lower.  And both vary on a regular basis.

Are you sure about that? I've been told that the block time (here, in top right corner) is the time elapsed since a block was last found. Other websites might vary in their terminology.

I agree, it must be time elapsed since a block was found, as the time keeps increasing
