Yeah this is quite true but we neverr know if later adter it releases, the price will sky rocketting or not since this is a new coin. Still depends on every demands to increase its price. But may be for this current ICO, who takes part in it will get at least some profit because ICO from gambling site is still new

^ Are they really that big?  Those dice sites mentioned look like they're dapps in Ethereum unless I'm mistaken.  I don't think they can potentially attract lots of people like how Bitdice potentially can.

I can see that the pre sale contributions towards the ICO is going very, i'd be a fool if I join it, but first I have a question, how much in terms of percentage will investors earn should they invest into your ICO. I would like to know my stand before I venture further.

Players will convert fiat and other cryptocoins to bitdice to bet and if they win they convert bitdice back to fiat and coins?

Bitdice has been in business longer than what you have mentioned and  that is why they are moving in order to make their site a more develop one to compete with the new ones and the upcoming gambling sites that could or might become it's biggest competitor.
As they are moving, we should be one step ahead because we have build a name and we have to protect that.

I have no doubt that whales are going to take part of this, all the people that had invested in the casino bankroll of the BitDice casino can invest in the project, since they had already invested their funds in the casino it makes sense they are going to keep their investment going in this new form, besides I think this is even better instead of having their bitcoin there and receiving a small share of the earnings now they are going to have the opportunity to earn money with the ups and downs of the market when the token is listed by exchanges.

Small update.

BitconCash was credited as BTC to all investors who had a balance on Aug 2. Even those who already divested. The median price was a bit higher than today's - 0,11BTC. We've been selling on Aug 2-3, slowly, to prevent market crash and get as much as we can with the low volume on the market. We did our best to maximize profits of our users.

It has nothing to do with being transparent or shady. Its about not being registered with SEC but accepting US customer's money. The same reason BTC-e has been taken down. Even if the ICO blocks US customers, ICO token will be traded on Polo/Bittrex. So, US traders will touch it and thereby bitDice will end up breaking US laws.

I'm not really sure how US laws work out but if the customers are buying tokens from a website that is operated from the US,isn't it the website's fault that is allowing the sales of tokens to the US customers ? Shouldn't the third party exchange  like polo  be verifying if the request placed for a xyz coin isn't coming from a US customer ? I doubt BitDice is to be blamed for it. Doesn't make any sense to.

If Polo/Bittrex does not list a coin, that's already a bad news for that coin. Moreover, even if it is listed on Bitfinex or some other non-US exchange and an US customer trades it, then its trouble again. BTC-e was not in US, but US law enforcement has taken it down.

Most of the dividends based altcoins will not be listed in major exchange like bittrex and polo. So it is going to be big back drop for this coin, what are the major benefit s we are going to get we have to wait and see.
