I am not so sure that the price of bitcoin will arrive at the price of $ 1,000 before Christmas. but, I think there is hope that bitcoin will reach the price of $ 1,000 before the end of the year. well, the increase in bitcoin that when this happens, it can be said so quickly. Christmas is two days away, and the exchange rates have already climbed to $900 per coin. Just 2-days are remaining now, and I am quite hopeful that the rates will finally touch the four digit mark on 25th. I am waiting for the past four years for this moment. It's surprising that bitcoin could leap to $900 just in 2 days, unbelievable imo as the price before increases step by step and seems more stable. I thought that, well it would drop back again but it doesn't but keep get back to $900 again and again. A lot of people in rush of selling I think but the price seems won't get back, amazing.

There is nothing extraordinary if we consider how many bears got tossed and trampled down by angry bulls when the price had been trading around $780-790 per coin for a few days. Therefore it is no surprise that there was almost no resistance after the price broke through the resistance at $800. It seems to have now become a matter of how much demand is there and how quickly it will be exhausted.

I think it is highly viable to reach $1000 by Christmas now that it has reached over $911 (what the ).
If it does reach $1100 then it is not too far for it to reach it's all time high of $1200 a long time ago.
So many years ago it makes me feel so old now.

I am already happy with the growth that we have been experiencing very recently. Let's put it this way, I was already happy with the price being +$700. Imagine how I feel right now. It fills me with great joy that we are sitting at $900 as I see it as a fantastic Christmas gift. I can't expect much more than this realistically. If we happen to touch $1000 this year, then I can't do any other than cashing out some profits and buy myself something nice with it.

With the current increase rate of price, it is really possible to reach $1000.  Bitcoin breaks $900 barrier in just 1 day, and i don't see any reason why it can't break another $100 increase in price of Bitcoin.  Bulls are charging non-stop now.  I just hope there is no bad news  to stop the rally to $1000.

Yeah, that is so right. That price spike is so rare and were lucky that price is getting higher and higher. If this continues, we will be having a $1000 price and our new year will be a very good one. This year is really a good one, hope next year is a better one. Though from the price spike i think it will be a very good one too.

Each time I enter to see news on Coindesk, Bitcoin approaches a little more to this U$1000,00 EXTREMELY FU***** BEAUTIFUL PRICE !!! C'mon, HIT ME WITH THIS 1K !!!!! I think it will go down a little bit because of many convertions and cashout this holiday season and to expect this 2017 to finally reach its $1000 price .Well then, after holiday there are no more expenses to spend on only Valentines day to next ,it will be a good year to start and continue the rise of the price of bitcoins .

Nothing serious happened last year after Christmas. Not sure what you are referring to as I am right now looking at the Charts but not see anything of importance. The only thing that seems to be somewhat worthy of mentioning, is the dump that started somewhere in mid January that got the price to go down from around $440 to below $360 in a very short time. I am not sure what the exact reason was, but it was a very decent price to enter the market for sure.

might be possible that they already exchange their btc to fiat for their holidays so better to place some entry below 850 let see if btc will drop but im looking forward to see 1k$ as maybe 1st quarter of this year for sure after Christmas traders will start to work again bringing another rise for btc.

Well, I guess this prediction misses. but, I also had thought that the price of bitcoin will arrive at the price of $ 1,000 at the time of Christmas, because of the increase in bitcoin happened. but I guess it was the opposite. bitcoin prices declined at Christmas time, and I think the decline is not too far from the price of $ 900

No, almost hit. All predictions and speculations are rough estimations and we can not expect 100% accurate price levels. By Christmas eve bitcoin prices was trading around $910 levels which means less than 10% short of speculated $1000 levels. Yes +/-10% differences could be considered as accurate speculations  .

I agree with you . bitcoin prices will be in the range of 1,000 USD with margin up and down by 10%. bitcoin price increase will happen very quickly. Christmas celebrations will affect most of all exchange bitcoin prices.
