Yes! India is very ambiguous country with powerful IT cluster but with millions unbanked people. This issue will be solved in a few years.

Should there be multiple icos? How many? Do u have a pre-release ico at which u sell to plebs a nicely wrapped pan with salts? After ure done ure gonna move to the second phase of a sale which is where the main shitfest begins. I suspect humanq will be selling cigarette butts programmed into ethereum smart contracts.
