Yes, but it will take 3 weeks at a minimum, because we are working on the Exchange, and then we will move to the GUI windows wallet.

Shouldn't all BTC deposit addresses be under the escrows control? I don't think it's necessary as they already have a live and functional network and wallet.

Could someone please explain how proof of transaction works?
Dev posted a link to investor's handbook on his dropbox https://www.dropbox.com/s/eyondrqqvylvs0o/Lithium%20Investor%27s%20Handbook.pdf?dl=0And here is the passage from it about POT: In essence, Lithium is a self-regulated and distributed ledger system whose primary application is currency. The network uses a system called Proof-of-Transaction (POT) to verify transactions and reward Lithium addresses involved in these transactions. Unlike proof-of-stake systems, POT discourages coin hoarding, and prevents the coin economy from stagnation, incentivizing money flow and real use. Economists agree that a healthy economy needs what is called “Velocity” ( http://www.investopedia.com/terms/v/velocity.asp). The velocity of money is the rate at which money is exchanged from one transaction to another and how much a unit of currency is used in a given period of time. In other words, for an altcoin to have a healthy economy and grow in market capitalization, the coins (money) needs to flow and be used instead of remaining stagnated in wallet while “staking”. At launch there will be 30,000,000 tokens, or coins. Every minute two coins will be created by rewarding a public key involved in a random transaction selected by the network. If there are no transactions in the last block, the network destroys the coins. If there is only one transaction the network selects with a 50/50 change either to destroy the coins or reward this last transaction.

I can confirm that the web wallet and ico now works without the login bug at Chrome. The Android wallet still has this bug though in my case. About 3 minutes after I sent my BTC to the ico address, I received my stack of XLTH. Good job *thumbs up*

So why are there no Transaction fees for sending coins ? There is only Rewards to Wallets for transmitting accepted supposed Transactions every minute if you get lucky to accept one, which happens 1440 times a day.... Looks like I have to quote myself and my question since it was either missed or avoided....

Transactions fees are not implemented (yet, but it can be), cause I wanted to test what would happen if there weren't any. My objective with this coin is to encourage transactions and 'velocity' and adding a cost for making transactions decreased that. Also, I didn't want it to be an (very) inflationary coin so I prefer to create only a few coins a day.

I investigated and found the wallet the coins were sent to and luckily it's the web wallet and they didn't use the windows client. Consequently, I have locked that persons account until we know what happened. I will try to email the other person and see if he responds, cause I have to be impartial and don't trust neither of you. I can't know for sure you didn't send him the coins and now you want to 'chargeback' him. If he doesn't respond I will recover the coins for you.
