To keep funds safe, we use 100% cold storage with hardware security modules. We developed proprietary software to receive and approve withdrawal requests that have multi layers of confirmation before manually sending out funds. Additionally, on the client side, we offer Google 2fa, address lock feature, the use of MT4 pass as a secondary pass layer and all user data is encrypted.

Usually a withdrawal gets processed within the hour or less however we can have some multi hour delays during the London session.

Regarding trading positions, we have no limit. We offer 500:1 forex trading and 10:1 btc trading for any balance amount. In the future we may introduce some restrictions on 500:1 FX leverage for balances over 20 BTC however this would not limit the size of the position you have with a forex or BTC trade . Your trade can be as large as you like as long as you have the balance to cover the margin. We do have max sizes for a single trade but you can have 'n' number of open trades in a single account.

The only thing i don't like is that stop out margin is @50%  . Speculators need 30% or full margin.

If you like our spreads, try switching the account type to pro and you will spreads as low as 0 on EURUSD and USDJPY with a 6000 bit per lot commission. ( commission rate will adjust every week depending on BTC rate.

While our stop out is 50% margin, currently we do not have balance size restrictions on leverage amounts like some brokers who offer 30% or lower do.

lelik.dss's withdrawal issue was resolved. The issue was our mail api provider had his email domain blocked so he could not confirm the withdrawal confirmation email. We say "up to 24 hours" on the site for time but in reality it's within the hour, sometimes in minutes . There can be multiple hour delays on weekends and during the London trading session hours.

We are a registered IBC in Saint Vincent in the grenadines. Currently we do not offer PAMM accounts but if there's sufficient demand in the future we can add it.

- Our FX and Metals is real spot and our indices and some commodities are CFD.

- Our price is not a single feed so to speak, we STP via Prime of Prime setup that is an aggregate trade/price from a pool of LPs. If you want to learn more about prime of prime please look here as an example http://www.markets.saxo/solutions/prime-brokerage .

- Here's our swap rates and they are updated daily https://evolve.markets/trading/swap/ . The charge is per day and each amount is per 100k in volume ( 1 lot in mt4).

As an example our EURUSD swap is now LONG 1.96516, SHORT -6.78874 . The margin currency of EURUSD is EURO so its 1.96516 EUR per 100k as the fee/ day . So if you hold 1 lot of ERUUSD long for 1 day it will charge you $1.96516 EUR and convert this to BITS then debit it from your account. The rates we use are taken from Bloomberg then crossed with our LP provider and updated daily.

I'm aware an EA was built to try to fix it on the client side via offline charts but it works poorly: no ask line, can't switch between time frames on the offline chart requiring to have multiple charts for each time frame which in turn requires redrawing charts studies on each chart.

2. Consider periodically adjusting commission. The meteoric rise in BTC has made the commission no longer competitive. It's effectively double of what I'm currently paying with my current broker.

We do update are pro forex and metals commission periodically and have been working on an automated solution that will change it according to exchange rates so there are no longer huge gaps where users could be paying too much or too little. We will look into the server time more. It would be a big change for our systems but we do understand issue you highlighted with the charts and EA programming.

 Then the unexplainable happened, i woke up to see BTC trading at about $400, for a moment i thought it had actually crashed and was really concerned. The good thing though was the fact I wasn't holding any BTC position but surprisingly the broker inflated my losses and literally crashed the account I was trading with.

Update concerning my issue: They refunded me all my account with my opened positions so all good for me :-). Thanks Evolve for fixing it so quickly.

Here's our swap rates and they are updated daily https://evolve.markets/trading/swap/ . The charge is per day and each amount is per 100k in volume ( 1 lot in mt4).

As an example our EURUSD swap is now LONG 1.96516, SHORT -6.78874 . The margin currency of EURUSD is EURO so its 1.96516 EUR per 100k as the fee/ day . So if you hold 1 lot of ERUUSD long for 1 day it will charge you $1.96516 EUR and convert this to BITS then debit it from your account. The rates we use are taken from Bloomberg then crossed with our LP provider and updated daily.

If you open a 1 lot short you would get  2.52623 EUR converted to BIT at market rate per lot and -7.15765 EUR for longs. We have to warn, we are going to change swaps to a point based calculation in the future. We will send out a detailed announcement if this happens . For now, it's as explained above.

Pnl for trades are calculated the same way. The pnl per pair calculated to its profit currency and is displayed in real time as BIT , or BTC( MT5 accounts) by converting the profit using the BTCUSD rate. If you do have a lot of margin in use and BTC had a black swan taking it extremely low, very quickly, it is possible to get margin called based on the value of your deposit being worth less.

For brokers  that have the margin you explain, the calculation does not make sense if your deposit is in BTC and you are trading assets with margin currency in fiat. To trade forex, or most things on margin, there must be some value of your deposit or collateral to meet the margin requirement in fiat at liquidity providers that require margin fiat . If BTC drops to the point where it's not worth enough to cover the margin required, the position would be liquidated.

In the case of BTCUSD, the margin currency is in BTC. Margin currency is always the first currency in the symbol. For example, on MT5 the margin requirement for BTCUSD is 0.02 BTC(50x) to open a 1 BTC position( 1 lot ==1 BTC). In this case, your deposit is in bitcoin and the margin currency is bitcoin so no matter what the rate of BTCUSD is , the margin requirement is that you have 0.02 BTC on deposit per lot of Bitcoin .

Hello! Please fix an issue of my order at account 13773
shortly after I opened an order in oil instrument spread eaten everything and got in a minus of another -50% of whole previous balance amount!
such an issues never had been noted on your old platform. You simply get a message that you cannot process such an orders which makes balance hit a negative number, special of enormous 50%
you have to annul the order (ticket #266462) as it's a technical failure of mt5 platform.

another thing is that when i sent a message to the support I have not get any cofirmation of my request at all. Therfore I'm not even sure if a support got of any from me.

The current BTC price is 7620. So 0.075% would be 5.715. And this number -72 is totally different.

Also, when I pay the fee ($3.50 per lot for forex, 0.075% for BTC, etc) - when I open the position, when I close it, or both?

0.075% is the commission whereas -72 is the swap rate specified in a yearly interest rate.  This is how MetaTrader displays interest based swaps and you can find the daily rate by diving that number by 360. 

In MT5, commission for crypto is 0.075% per deal and the notional amount of the order is [ units x price at the time of execution ].  For example, if you bought 1 BTC at $6,500 the commission would be [ 1 x $6,500 x 0.00075 = $4.875 ] converted to your deposit currency of choice.  For a BTC denominated account, the commission charge would be [ $4.875 / $6,500 = 0.00075 BTC ].  The close of the trade would be a separate execution and the commission is the same 0.075%.  Forex is $3.50 per lot on the open and $3.50 per lot on the close, converted to your deposit currency of choice.  For a BTC denominated account at BTCUSD price of $6,500, the commission would be 0.00053846 BTC.

Swaps are only charged if you hold an open position at exactly 5PM New York time.  5PM is the 'end of day' time and positions open at this time are rolled over to the next day and the charge is for the overnight carrying of positions.  Swaps are either charged or credited depending on if the swap rate is negative or positive.  Since Forex has a 2 day settlement, swaps are triple on Wednesdays to account for the 2 days of positions being held over the weekend.  Crypto has triple swaps on Friday at 5PM to account for positions held over the weekend.

Indices are CFDs which track the price of the underlying index but they do not imply ownership of the underlying, therefore dividends do not apply.

I have troubles with charts regularly.

It's not a big problem in most cases, but I have difficulty finding charts provider for NAS100. On TradingView they don't display the prices outside the normal working time.

Would be nice to be able to deposit crypto, change them to USD balance at Client Area and then to transfer those funds to USD trading accounts.

In all three examples you outline, they are not violations.

Every person can only be operating one username, and is allowed to have multiple accounts under their username. Accessing multiple trading accounts under the same user from a single IP, is not against our TOS. You are allowed to create and maintain multiple trading accounts under the same user account, provided you do not use your accounts in an abusive manner (such as, by way of example, to exploit our leverage limits or negative balance abuse. 

Hedging with multiple accounts is not against the TOS unless if the purpose is to exploit, for example, negative balance protection, where the purpose of the hedge is to bring one account negative at a market gap and keep one winning account.

For this to work do I need to ask my friend not to open account at your site (to use different forex broker) just to be sure that the TOS is not violated?

It's problematic for two users to share the same username because if one user updates the password the other lose access to the bitcoins.

However, it's possible to make different MetaTrader accounts under the same username. One username can create multiple MetaTrader accounts and control the deposit/withdrawal of bitcoins.

In my suggested use case the two users have separate usernames. The other user (fund manager) have only the password for my MetaTrader account, not the password for my username.

(To avoid confusion: MetaTrader accounts have user numbers, not usernames.)

One person can have multiple trading accounts under one username. Metatrader also allows you to create an investor password for 'read-only' access to your trading account. If you have any other specific account related questions please feel free to contact support.

You noticed correctly. We implemented a change to orderbook from BIT to BTC.
MT5 added support for extended volume accuracy for cryptocurrency trading last year (link), enabling market depth (as well as other interface elements) ability to display volumes accurate to 8 decimals. This meant we were able to upgrade from BITs. It helps to avoid confusion like the one you can see on that Reddit thread, and most of our users prefer it this way.
