some of them release the TX

some of them did no release anything.

Qtum did not release yet.

i hope Qtum can release this later.

but personally, i think that's not the biggest problems.

the things counting is  the software and the functions.

if Qtum release the testnet on time, i can see Qtum will be a top10 coin for sure!

first POS smart contact platform compatible with  BIPs will be huge.

May 17: Qtum visits the Toronto Decentral Meetup Event.... On a Boat!

Last night Jordan and Brett were in Toronto, along with Zcash, Pivx, Zcash, Jaxx, and Rootstock!

About 250 participants came for the open bar, dinner, live music, and blockchain presentations.

We discussed a broad overview of the Qtum project, explaining how we raised 15.6 million dollars in 5 days. We gave a broad overview of how Qtum will allow Ethereum Smart Contracts to run on top of a UTXO blockchain. We also mentioned that our crowdsale was the first to have a billionaire backer, and a Decentralized Application planned to build before our test network is even released.

We set sail at 6:30pm and cruised around Lake Superior for 3 hours, taking in the sights. After our presentation we had some discussions with venture capitalists, participants, bitcoinmagazine.com, and a few others. It was a really fun time.

Anthony Di Iorio even brought a robot! It's a bit hard to see, but Charlie Schrem did a brief remote presentation from Florida

from the website

Qtum blocksize is 2MB and blocktime is 128s.

the TPS should be 9-10 times of BTC.

so for Qtum, the TPS should be 50 transactions/per second.

i think this is enough for the first 2 years.

maybe add lighting network later after release ?

The ICO buzz since 2016 has been electric. Several ICOs that secured funding in 2017 include:

Dfinity raised $3.8 million: A decentralized computing cloud with native smart contracts and a distributed intelligence DAO (distributed autonomous organization).
Aeternity raised $11.4 million: A smart contract platform that stores contracts off-chain to increase efficiency. Aeternity uses a native Oracle machine to read off-chain data.
Qtum raised $15.4 million: A proof-of-stake, smart-contract compatible protocol that works with both Ethereum and Bitcoin dapps (distributed applications).
Cosmos Network raised $16.8 million: a network of interoperable ledgers to accommodate any asset, any blockchain and any programming language.
Gnosis raised $12.3 million: An accessible prediction market platform enabling the free flow of useful information.

http://www.coinspeaker.com/2017/05/06/billionaire-investor-tim-draper-plans-participate-tezos-initial-coin-offering/

Tezos is similar to other blockchain systems, but it allows for decentralized and automated upgrades. The platform uses a different approach by creating governance rules for stakeholders to approve of protocol upgrades that are then automatically deployed on the network. While most software systems provide for automated upgrades, updates of blockchain platforms are generally centralized.

A few days ago, the Russia-based blockchain startup, BitCAD, launched an ICO crowdsale that will last until the beginning of June. BitCAD is a unique blockchain-based system with an encrypted smart-platform and a fully decentralized trade engine.

In March, the Qtum Foundation completed one of the most successful crowdsale campaigns, raising $10 million in the first 90 minutes. In the first five days, the startup received more than $15 million.

Draper is also going to invest in Dynamic Ledger Solutions Inc., the creator of Tezos, but did not provide any details.

同时,在日本、新加坡、英国、瑞士等,以比特币等虚拟货币进行的ICO(Initial Coin Offering)活动也不断兴起。

Anthony Di Iorio, CEO and Founder of Decentral and Jaxx

"I'm predicting new well-led projects emerging that provide improvements and enhancements on Bitcoin and Ethereum infrastructures. Two projects I have my eye on in 2017 are Rootstock out of Argentina and Qtum out of China. I'm also quite optimistic about Zcash, Monero, and Dash."

Will Qtum ever be available on bittrex or Poloniex?

do not know yet,

need to wait for the mainnet release in September.

i hope they can release it sooner,

but it's a big and hard project..

not easy to move EVM to Bitcoin ecosystem and make it working perfectly and also the consensus is POS.
