I will sell with 5% or 10% profit. I think it is an easy percent profit to get. If I set more, maybe when the price decrease, it will make me confused.

I will sell my bitcoins to make a higher profit at its maximum price peak. One thing is certain, not all will be sold.

I usually sell and then I buy.. and then I sell and then I buy... etc..

Now, selling is good but not selling all, Sell some percentage and hold the remaining, cause of the increase in price which always occur.

What is your exit point? Where will you sell your coins? How much % of your stack will you sell?

There are predictions that bitcoin will increase up to $10k dollars next year in 2018, so i will tighten my budget because i use bitcoins to sustain my daily needs. I will sell 100% of my stack to earn a double profit of my entire savings.

When I will need urgent money but until then I want to accumulate as much as possible.

Same here, I just sold my tokens or bitcoins when I meed money. Sometimes if I don't need money, the other reason I sold them is when the price is interestingly high or when the price go beyond the price I am calculating. I will not regret if the price go beyond that, the good thing is, I don't miss selling them at the good price. I also want to make sure I am getting a good profit out of it.

I just followed the basic rule which is to buy when the btc price is low and sell it when price is high. Patience is a virtue so we just need to wait for thw perfect time to sell.
Yes, everybody keeps on saying you should buy when price is low and sell when price is high. Another thing is that some you guys here keeps on saying that price will never go down, rather it will keep on increasing, don’t you think that’s a distraction or should I say deceit? If that’s true, then we should just buy anytime we feel like buying, rather than wait for price to drop low and all those kind of things

I bought bitcoins in 2016. I go out in pieces in Fiat at a price increase. And on the kickbacks I'm buying.
I consider the balance in Bitcoin. While I'm not going to sell. I think I'm doing the right thing.

Usually I sell my investments when I need money or when I feel like it has topped its price. Other wise I just let them stay there.
Best practices are these. When it is the time of need of money, a man can sell anything for his own interest. Bitcoin are of so much potential and you can make your life easy by using it in best practice. So whenever you need money, try to arrange it from other sources, don’t use bitcoin. Because prices are growing and you can make more profits. Then why to use them for casual needs.

This is an excellent attitude to have.  It sounds like you know how to keep greed in check.  You will likely continue to profit well.  This is something I still need to master. Smiley

As for an actual price target, I like the idea of ~$25k to sell a decent chunk of what I have, at least initially (if I do, I might buy back in if it goes significantly lower after that).  That would put the market cap in the neighborhood of $450B-$500B, which is similar to the market caps of the largest companies like Apple.

The principle you have explained is the basic rule of staying profitable in crypto market with any coin especially bitcoin. Bitcoin is the father of all crypto currencies and at present it is the most expensive currency of the world, not only currency but also investment. It has successfully beaten gold in the race of being most profitable investment in the market. End of the year is best time to sell off your bitcoin.

You are doing it right but one advice for you. Don’t just use your bitcoin. If you don’t have enough fiat money for coping your daily needs then it is okay. But if you can manage better to make your daily needs deal with fiat then try to save bitcoin as much as you can. There is time coming when you will be calling yourself lucky who have bought bitcoin, so keep them with you.

I must say that you should keep on holding your bitcoins for some more period of time. It is because of the reason that the market price of bitcoin is still increasing and will continue to increase in the coming days. So if you hold your bitcoins, then you are going to have more money in return than you are going to have it by selling your bitcoin now. So think wisely.

I do not sell my Bitcoin because I am sure the Bitcoin price will continue to increase as the Bitcoin market is on the upward trend and Bitcoin prices at the end of this year could reach $ 8,000.

If I don't have the need I will not sell. It seems that price will be going up for a while so I'm planing to keep the coins. But I watch th market all the time and I'm related to react in case something unpredicted happen.

Exactly, there is no need to sell when you don't need to, cause when the price rise there is more profit that is been yield up. I only sell when I need the money in fiat, and at most times, after I sell, some hours latter the price will shut up, that what I sold would have given me double of its present price.

There is always a mistake that one will have to make before getting to know how things are done with trading in crypto currency.
I sold an altcoins which I had, which I have held for some months, when I sold them all, the next two days the price incresed to 0.5BTC. So, it just happens.  Smiley
I didn't regret in anyway.

For now i prefer to save bitcoin instead of selling it.
My reason for not selling bitcoin at the moment, because i believe the price of bitcoin in the next year will go back up again, and hope when selling it will double.
