I'm new to bitcoin, and I don't even have one right now. But it only pushes me to move on, my goal in the near future is to have a full bitcoin.

I do not have a full bitcoin, but it is almost the whole, I have somewhere 0.8 bitcoin. For someone very little, but for me it is a great result.

I remember several years ago similar poll was made and i was surprised most of the users answered NO.
In case your answer is still NO, I'd like to know what is your main reason not to own one bitcoin?
EDIT2018:
In 2017 it was 51% YES / 49% NO.
I'll leave voting open and since we are no longer in 2017 I'll change the subject to "Do you own 1 Bitcoin?"
I do not have that much because I just got to know bitcoin a while ago. but if i keep bitcoin away maybe i can get more 1 bitcoin. |

Currently I have 3 ETH, and do not own BTC that is really sad. Now I start buying and hoarding BTC for the future. In the beginning of 2017 I had 2.5 BTC but I sold it because of lack of confidence in it.
Right now yes i own 2bitcoin and i buy it when the price of it was dump to $6k and i am it holding for almost 1month and i plan to hold my bitcoin for long time maybe holding it for 6months is okay to make many money or profit in the future. |

I did not have bitcoin even a single penny. I am just a new bird in bitcoin. Sad to say I cannot afford even one bitcoin for I did not have 800$. Looking forward in more years from now that I could have bitcoin even one. It could be the happiest day of my real life inside and outside crypto. For me having a single penny of bitcoin is one of my achievement in the future. Looking for brighter days to come in my life here and outside. Hopefully I will get even one. I will wait for it.

So you think that holding your 2 bitcoins for 6 months is enough? In 6 months the bear market may actually even decimate your investment... Better to hold for some years. |

I don't have any BTC yet. But I think one day I'll have. If I buy or earn 1 BTC i will hold them. I know one day I can make a good profit out of it.

If you are owning a bitcoin I recommend you keep it and wait patiently, because the market is now fluctuating as it affects the value of bitcoin and it has dropped below $ 8000. Futures prices will rebound and may reach $ 15,000 by the end of 2018.

Oh. If I have a bitcoin, I will continue to keep my bitcoin until I feel the bitcoin price is so high that I can sell it to seek profit. I will be patient and waiting for the opportunity. I believe that my decision is right.

Save your Bitcoin doesn't make your Bitcoin become "1 Bitcoin soon", the topic is how/have you collect 1 Bitcoin? It is not same like you save your Bitcoin, something that gives a difference just the price for each Bitcoin not the amount of Bitcoin you hold. |

Right now I don't but I already had 1 bitcoin before ,
I am trying to get it back by investing in alt-coin I hope soon my alt-coin would also be pump and I could sell them to get 1 or more BTC .

I do not own 1 bitcoin and if I own one then I will be converting it already to cash because that would be plenty of money that I can use for business. I can stop working and retire earlier than expected. It would be a great help for me.

Yeah... If I take the total value of all of my crypto-currency investments (including Litecoin and crypto-stocks), then it will come to around BTC1. Sold a few of my coins way back in 2016, after getting frustrated with the price decline. Had I hold on to them for a few more months, then I'd have become rich.
