there are 14 million in the cwxt wallet. is this whats left over from the 50 million?...that we can buy for 50 sats from you?

when will you change the price? keeping it at 50 sats will keep the price on the exchanges @50?

there are 50 million tokens that will be minted/staked/forged, then the transaction fees kick it? when will all 50 million be staked? how many per day?

when people send you cwxt, 50% will be burned, 30% to donations and 20% goes to dev/overhead. if 50% is burned, eventually all the tokens will be gone if pos ends at 50 million tokens?

i just found your project, bought a bag full 6 hours ago 1.7m, i hour for tokens to stake? i have yet to receive a stake after 6 hours. yes, wallet is unlocked

yes after all the 50M are minted there will be only the tx fees, should take about 2-3 years for that

yes at some point should happen all tokens to be gone but will take years for that to happen

the minimum stake age is 1 hour but depending on POS difficulty will take more time to get POS block

newby here/ is there a way to earn with POS?  I tried the getwork request in the wallet and it says PoW is over. how do I get stake? keep the wallet open non-stop? do I need a powerful CPU or can I keep it open on Rasbpi? please don't laugh at me, just trying to understand

you can earn from POS by keeping coins in wallet and keeping wallet open, no need for powerfull CPU, we have bounty for rasbpi, so far no one took it

first note, that Appdata normally is hidden, you have to configure Windows to show you hidden files and directories.


Go to Start -> Run (or press WinKey+R) and run this:

explorer %APPDATA%\CWXT

CWXT's data folder will open. For most users, this is one of the following locations:

C:\Users\YourUserName\Appdata\Roaming\CWXT (Windows Vista and 7)


there you find a file named "wallet.dat".
backup this file anywhere, where it is safe (and do this with every wallet.dat you have for other coins - of course, rename the file, nearly every wallet has the wallet.dat file, rename it to cwxtwallet.dat for example (and if you have to reuse it, name it back to wallet.dat).

now, delete every file in this directory, except wallet.dat. Restart the wallet, wait for sync.
