I have recently started development of application based on blockchain. I am working on a new altcoin for the application. I would like to know what is the process to launch it on bitcoin talk. I have seen the announcement board and found a few PRE-ANN altcoins. Can someone please help me by explaining what is the difference between PRE-ANN and ANN? Also how do I go about announcing my own altcoin?

Gleb you can be a good detective to be honest, you find every suspicious and reasonable to prevent noobs falling into the scams. Maybe they brag about their CVs in their website but forgot to answer wisely in the forum.  

Answers? Thunder Bolt, FireBird and Vicktor asked more questions than answered, and what little they did answer after stopped asking questions, begged for more questions upon the release of Respectonomy. Team RES thought they had it made till I arrived on the scene of the crime yet fully committed.

This scam was too well orchestrated to be hatched by a couple dudes from Thailand while eating salted bamboo worms with soy. Their white paper is too tight, albeit the premise may be flawed, not to mention that their business model consisted of reinventing the wheel, their concept virtually already readily available. StakeMiners was at least something new from cryptocurrency's number one serial liar, Leroy Fodor.
