The gears are slowly turning and oiled as we have recently reached 1.2 terahash. We will be running at 30 percent capacity shortly.
We are not responsible for hardware delays however we didn't just sit down and complain, we acted for our customers. This is why they are now mining and receiving bitcoins from us today.

We will be bringing some serious hashing fire-power in September, unlike everyone else that comes on the forums to boast, we just get our head down and work!!

Our goal is to get the mainstream into bitcoin and we are one of the first bitcoin businesses to advertise our services to the mass media. 70 percent of our customers are absolutely new to bitcoin so I guess we are winning a good battle there. We want hashing power into the common man's hands and not a large pool of wealthy dudes.

Expect great things from us in the next few weeks and months.

Is cloudhashing offering refunds?  Has anyone tried?

I have to say I a sick to the back teeth of this company.  I was an early adopter and have not seen anything that convinces me this is a legitimate company. 

At first I put it down to teething trouble as every company has them from time to time.  For months on end I could not log in as there were login issues.  Once I could finally log in I couldn't add a wallet address. 
When I finally managed to add a wallet address, it mysteriously disappeared and I had to email it to them.  I haven't had a pay out yet despite this supposedly occurring on 11th Aug - 3 days ago!!
I tried replying to a support ticket to find the website is not working.
They're supposedly running at 10% capacity - no forward planning with respect to relying on BFL!!
The company is supposed to be offering a 25% increase on hash rate for July customers - guess what I've seen no evidence of that yet.
The company is not very open with respect to how  much hashing power I am currently getting - there are no stats page so we can see who's getting what.  This should have happened around 04 July time as of yet, I haven't found anything.

I've been patient and allowed the trouble to be sorted out but it's one thing after another after another.  They way things are going, there will be no return - the only one profiting is cloudhashing themselves.

I since found out the founder of cloushashing is an senior IT developer  - I think this is beginning to smell of scam.  Is he a poor IT developer making lots of money?  I'm not profiting, I wonder who is?

Off to seek legal advise.  Be warned anyone thinking of investing in this company.

B)Today is Aug 11th I was sent .106 BTC on AUG 6th

C)I have a stats page with my hashpower listed and my total payments so far.

D) You are correct that this is not the most organized company.

  I have a lot of ground to make up  next payment is due  Aug 20th.

 I will no longer make any positive or negative remarks about this company.
  
I will continue to report the payments they give to my BTC address So any investor can make a choice  to invest or not invest.

I doubt that people who have bought a contract would post negative remarks like 'this company is a scam' cos that would be like shooting yourself in the foot.  readers beware of people making new accounts and then post negative remarks on here.

Hi All,

If you are one of the few still waiting to receive a payment. We are still waiting on the last couple of customers to update their wallets. Then we will send them all in one batch. We have pretty much ironed out the kinks in our automated payment process. It does usually take a few iterations to get these sort of things sorted.

We will continue to go to the open market to purchase mining equipment to satisfy our customers if delays from BFL persist. This is what we said we would do, and this is what we are doing. We purchase these BFL mining rigs off Ebay & IRC, period!
