I looked at the 1st few blocks they claim and did a whois lookup on each IP address that found the blocks.

Can anyone who become scammed by CH just reply to post so we can see scale of this scam?

Seems its not many people here who bought contracts. This way we will now how big scam is and how to help people.

Thanks
I bought a contract sometime in the spring. I'll have to dig around to find more details. I actually got paid, twice, when Cloudhashing was beginning to work. The payments were smaller than I was expecting, but I believed CH when they said they would give compensation once they were properly up-and-running. I expect that having been paid something, I am not eligible for any any refunds  or compensation from a civil suit.  Sad

The fact they made a partial payout doesn't effect that they did not provide what they contracted to. You are as eligible to receive a refund or pursue a case as anyone else.

Just compare block hash they claiming and depth with blockchain.info
It does not match up
If you try to placed hash in blockchain from pool.cloudhash u will notice block dosnt exist or hash is invalid.

Please use this service Below its the best way of starting an investigation into CLOUDHASHING

http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/home

UK people contact this service today to register an online fraud company , they can instigate a cease and desist order and freeze the company's money if they suspect an online fraud company operating in the UK

i want to remind people that im a supporter of BitCoin and its Continuation , I do not like to see people scammed out of anything.

Hi

1 Pool.cloudhashing.com is a dev/test site.

2 If somebody actually contacted company's house, they would see they company directors on that register is out of date. For one I seem to be missing there

We seem to have a few users recently register onto this forum and immediately took it upon themselves to start commenting on this and other company threads. Suspect to say the least.

For those who have a keen interest in truth. This is the finished version of the pool

Final testing and deployment on servers on 4 continents currently being undertaken.

Kind regards

CH

Again, you've posted an update here and nothing on your website.. The people giving you money should be the first to know details.. Anyway, I hope we can stay in business, but keep us informed.

4 continents? Which is?

Why payments for your customers stopped?
What the real details of cloudhash company?
And the best one is who look more legit? CLOUDHASH or users trying to get to the bottom of this IDEA?

Another time buying tactic-- show snap of something which is not visible online and people will go away.

Payments are now 100% handled by the pool When you get your username and password to login you will be presented with your balance and also given the opportunity to verify your wallet and account settings.

Hey Cloudhashing,

I have been silent for awhile now on bitcointalk, as I haven't felt the need to post. I've always been a bystander. But, I had the urge to post, and I wanted to tell you guys to not let the negative comments flood out the positive ones. The haters will always be there, they want to see your business fail. As a business owner myself, I have been in the position you guys are in. It's hard to do what you do, and I know you get excited about your business and its offerings. You get a little too ahead of yourselves. Obviously, it takes experience to run a business and you'll eventually learn from your mistakes. Since Bitcoin is a really new market, it makes everything more difficult to predict. You expected your suppliers to deliver on time and they didn't. You were hoping for the installation of the new hardware to run smoothly, but it didn't. So, who is to be blamed for this mess? Partly the suppliers and unfortunately you guys. Like I said, you can't get too excited and announce something you won't be able to offer until later on down the road because people will get their hopes up. I hope you are learning for the future. With all of that out of the way, I am excited to see your vision become successful. It's what every business owner wants. And to the people upset: You can simply ask for a refund, or prepare for the worst by educating yourselves about what to do if a company flops, but until then I want to see what the new pool brings and their compensation for the lost time. I wish you the best of luck cloudhashing! For the reference, I own a September Platinum contract.

I know time frames are your worst enemy so far but when do you think all this will be happening and some time frame on the pool would be nice too.

Three simple steps for Cloudhashing to prove it is not a scam:

1)   Issue immediate refunds to all that have requested them.

You have, by your own admission, failed to deliver what you contractually promised to. Under UK consumer law you are obliged to refund in full within 7 days if requested to. Any legitimate business would make complying with the law their number 1 priority.

2)   Pay income due on all contracts.

You have stopped paying July contracts and made no payment at all to others. Any legitimate business would make manual payments if they were having technical delays.

3)   Provide evidence of your mining operations.

Bitcoin is transparent and this would be easy to do. You have ignored previous requests to publish your mining IP address(es). You just make unproven claims of datacentres in 4 continents. A legitimate business would publish locations and addresses and probably have photographs on its website.
