I think XRP will be a good choice for the future because the price of this currency could rise very high in the future. Currently the price of XRP coins are low and we should buy now to get a good return

I believe that many currencies can survive at the bottom of the marketcap at a fairly stable price, but probably have no utility at the end, I believe that a few coins like EOS, ETH, NEO, RIPPLE will survive, I think that's because they are usually currencies that have some real-life use and work or will work as a platform.
It was coins whose potential has been seen to become more developed later. They have progressed a lot since they first launched, from looking worthless, to being very valuable today. No wonder if people who understand about crypto will say "they" will survive in the future. Dash and Ltc are left behind so far by them.

Based on what it has been seen among the wide array of altcoins such as development, innovation, and security issues, what altcoins might survive in the future?

In my opinion, I think that the only ones prone to survive would be good old altcoins such as Litecoin and Dogecoin, but I may be wrong.

Nevertheless, I would like to know your opinion about this as well as any altcoin that might be worth holding onto for the long term.  Grin
I think the altcoin that will survive is ethereum. The price that is always on top of other altcoins indicates that it is able to survive until now. And I'm sure ethereum will survive in the future.

altcoin can be considered as the future of the market. It helps attract investors and helps investors make more choices in the market. Besides altcoin has great technology and its aim towards future is also great

I think so many altcoins are competing with each other against supremacy to beat bitcoin and non was ever so successful, even ethereum for that matter. The survival of these coins lies on the downfall of many as they would survive if there are only a few to choose from. Utility might be a big thing and not just names and popularity. I may give credit to ethereum for this and the other top five commonly used altcoins. Ethereum, ripple, bitxoin cash and also I saw EOS a new player among the list.

The coin exists forever in the future. I am confident that in the next few years the price of coins will rise sharply and the pennies will be gradually accepted by the world for application to the purchase and sale of goods and service in human life

In crypto land, many altcoins come and go, but only those that could provide usability to our world, will most likely survive in the future.

not many tokens will survive. i think 100 -150 will be worth something later. there are too many tokens that no man needs. they were only bought because there was a hype. today they are also almost worth nothing more

I agree with you that altcoins that will last a long time are old atcoins like ETH and LTC. I'm not sure about a new altcoin, because the more days more new altcoins emerge and the market won't be possible to accommodate them all.

The altcoins that might survive in the future is none other than Ethereum because many people used it at the same believe and invest for it. people already know that is very trusted because it's known as the queen of altcoins. I believe it will exist a long time as long as many people will always support it.

The market always fluctuates, the bad alcoin will be gradually eliminated if the user no longer. At present, too much alcoin is born and does not have much value in practice

Looking closely at most altcoins history, would be noted that the current market dip was at a certain time the all time high last year, I think it would be a smart decision to accumulate as much as one can now

Right now doesn't look that any altcoins would survive this bloodbasth but I'm sure that good altcoins with a future will survive this period and will make a even greter comeback (at least that's my hope!)

I think this might be based on individual's discretion and we have our personal choices. There are so many altcoins that worth holding, but we cannot hold all altcoins. I have chosen to hold BOB, ETH and XRP.

To me, very few altcoins can survive in the future. The less likely will survive and there will be no need to use the altcoin word then.
