We all know that almost every week there are new coins popping up, making the competition even tighter. With a long period of decline, this time made a lot of coins affected by the selection, and that happened to those who came from teams that were low in skills and unable to compete in crypto. It's easier to see coins with a bright future like ETH, NEO, EOS, Waves, and so on.

Altcoin will survive in the future.
In my opinion, the oldest coins will not necessarily be destroyed precisely the old altcoins will have a good coin level because the previous altcoins have proven to be good coins so they can survive in the future.
Many people will be more confident with old coins like litecoin because the technology has proven to have technology that provides benefits.
For example Bitcoin, Bitcoin is the oldest coin that has a long time, even today Bitcoin occupies the first position in the coin market cap.
So that altcoin can also be like Bitcoin.

One of the altcoins that will survive in the future is dogecoin, because dogecoin is a decentralized peer-to-peer digital currency that allows you to send money online easily, quickly and safely. This altcoin combines several more advanced technologies on blockchain.

Based on what it has been seen among the wide array of altcoins such as development, innovation, and security issues, what altcoins might survive in the future?

In my opinion, I think that the only ones prone to survive would be good old altcoins such as Litecoin and Dogecoin, but I may be wrong.

Nevertheless, I would like to know your opinion about this as well as any altcoin that might be worth holding onto for the long term.  Grin

I personally think Ethereum and PRL will survive this whole ordeal with the market. Ethereum has been widely used by everyone specially the development scene and it is no surprise that ethereum will eventually take over the future. I just said PRL for the lols. JK. But I honestly think this underdog token has a lot to offer in storage in the future.

I very much hope that only altcoins will be able to serve as a speculative tool that will give the opportunity to pump up their deposit, this is quite a likely situation, only when will this wave of interest begin?

The key factor for any Altcoin to survive will be its real life applications, what problem does it solve. Any altcoin that cannot be apply in solving one or more problems in our world will not stay long before people will forget about it

I'm sure that in the near future the prices for tokens will increase. Nowadays the market is a great choice for investment. I prefer to invest in strong Altcoins, such as Ether, Neo and Cardano

I believe altcoins will meaningful or solving real life issue will surely live up to expectations. That is to say altcoins with high potentials, delivery what we need in our day o day activities will survive while altcoins with less or no issue to solve will either merge with others or not survive.

First of all, I believe in platforms such as Ethereum, EOS, TRON and many others, new projects will be created on their basis, and their competition among themselves will move progress forward and give developers and end users the opportunity to choose.

Coins which entailed to the services build around the crypto industry (tokens of crypto exchanges, bounty platforms, ICO trackers, KYC providers, adv/marketing projects) will definitely survive. Because those tokens serve the industry (crypto) which us just in the beginning of its real (huge) growth.

Talking above altcoins survival in the future it is really hard to predict who among those thousands of altcoins will remain and survive in the long run, maybe part of those top 10 will survive based on predictions of experts. There are a lot of reviews on Youtube and other crypto news website but it's not 100% sure that they will really survive in the long run.

Here is my bet and it is presently on ICO stage but this is a very promising new cryptocurrency project based on my own observation at the same time review while following this new project.

Take a look at Swachhcoin:

1.  Website Design is unquestionably great, the color combination and the content is full of great information which helps you understand everything about the project and figures are simple and easy to understand.
2. Project Platform is not just unique but is very ambitious, though I called it an ambitious platform it is very realistic.
3. Team of Developers are experienced and experts in the field of I.T, Marketing, Blockchain Technology, Business Analysts and Blockchain Advisers. There are more than 20 members of the team who are experts and have more than 20 years of expertise in different fields which is one of clear sign that the project is a trustworthy and will surely succeed.

These are my own review for now and will add more in the coming days, there is plenty of information that will determine how good and promising is the project.

For Altcoin that will survive in the future I’ll go for Litecoin and Dogecoin the current price for these altcoins Is quite  good but plenty altcoins which were  launched in the same year with them already become dead. This happened because they didn’t have potential plans for the future and others too scam but this two are determined and believe crypto will become the most common way of transactions.

in my opinion i will choose ethereum, zcash, and litecoin

I agree with this. We can say that the alternative coins or commonly known as altcoins who have high popularity or popular to the users, will be the coin that may survive im the future. No doubt about that. Because people will used those who are known. There are perks or advantages in the coins who was popular, so it is a smart move to consider coins that are popular.

My bet would be ethereum and cardano because it shared on the top 10 market cap share. I guess, it's good to have a huge.market cap because it will gives space for the crypto investors. Further, ethereum and cardano is very interesting coin nowadays.

According to the latest data that there are now more than 1975 coins and tokens available, and it looks like they will continue to grow, this certainly makes us smart to choose coins that have good future prospects so we can profit, some good coins are: ethereum, NEO, EOS and Ontology.

I guess that only alts from top 50 or may be top100 will survive in future. Because only these altcoins have a great idea, technology and have a demand among crypto investors.

Many alt coins have begun their slow death into obscurity; where they belong. However, there are more than a few good alts out there that will be the pillars of the new crypto currency future. A few that come to mind are Ripple, Stellar Lumens, Mainframe, Quant Network, and Loyakk Vega. All of these projects launched with integrity at their forefronts which will carry them to a successful future.

if I think that the possibility of an altcoin that can last a long time is a lending-based altcoin ... like waves, or that supports smart contracts for ico like ethereum and also a steller

hey there
Have a look at this
https://cointelegraph.com/news/bloomberg-morgan-stanley-plans-bitcoin-trading-for-clients
is a piece of news, we can discuss further.
If we consider big banks as institutions in the USA,
and they support or even encourage trading with crypto currencies,
can we infer it is a first step in the legalization?
