During the last months it was impossible to keep estimations in BTC by looking at the current BTC prices in $.
Now the BTC prices drop again.

Not only that they just sent a newsletter stating that they've pushed back the ICO sale that was supposed to start next week to February/March because January 28th is Chinese New Year. I don't understand what January 28th being the Chinese New Year has anything to do with the ICO launch. This unfortunately is a red flag for me

So Chinese market will dictate everything that happens in Crypto now, I received newsletter from iEx team that the ICO will be postponed till Feb/March. I'm not expecting this because this is the second time the ICO will be postponed and this is a concern also the level of marketing is low. They need to understand that there is no similar ICO and thinking that people will invest with little maketing is a wrong assumption. The team need to make this project more visible

Just to elaborate a little more. We are truly  present in China.

iEx.ec China is at the moment being accelerated in the Tsinghua University accelerator.
And it's something huge. The equivalent in the US would be like the MIT.
It's important because China is becoming a major player in Cloud and HPC.
Did you know that China is now the #1 nation in Supercomputing ?

From April to September 2016, Haiwu and me gave like a dozen talks  in Blockchain conferences (Beijing, Shenzhen, Shanghai, ...)
at Universities (Chinese Academy of Sciences Beijing, ShanghaiTech Univ., ... ), industry forum (Shenzhen), and of course the Ethereum Developers conference DEVCON2 that was held in Shanghai last September. iEx.ec received a very warm welcome from the China blockchain main actors.

We've also chosen a more organic marketing in order to get & provide a valuable understanding of the iEx.ec value proposition within the different communities.

How many festivals do they have in China, I could remember vividly that during the Antshare ICO last year, we were told that Antshares team members were unavailable because of one Festival too.

As I know, many Chinese show their interest in the project. And, they will spend a lot for the festival and receive some "red package" from their family and company. After Spring festival, they will have some funding to participate the ICO project.  So this is also the reason.
