Totally good entry. Under 16000 it's a steal, the price is back to the November's 2017 lows. You can check on coinmarketcap, it's trading on Bittrex mostly.

coinmarketcap is a known fraudsters ~ they are shills for ico/token scams ... +bittrex(UBQ insiders) are known to freeze/lock accounts with zero notice :\

===> don't be left hodling the UBQ/DOT bags.

Dear Friends
How much is the Max supply of this coin?
thanks

To PROPERLY answer your question...

none.

Coins will go on forever.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1631210.100

It's not in the OP and it should be.  It's basically hidden.  The simple answer is there is no max supply: just tell this up front on the first page stats instead of at the very very end of a long-winded Monetary Policy. (Long-winded is not bad, the MP is well-written.) It will save time for those not interested in this kind of coin.  (And it's never directly stated in there, just says at the end there will be 3xx,xxx coins mined every year after xxx happens.)

I think that the project will be interesting to people if as many users as possible learn about it, because every year our life becomes more automated, which is beneficial to this project!
UBIQ project has good potential.
Another plus point to think of buying the coin ATM is its very low price.
The following chart also supports the idea above: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ubiq/

If you look at the daily volume in bittrex at a price of about 13k satoshi per ubiq, it would be difficult if you wanted a pump because the daily volume should be at least 100 btc if you wanted to pump in stages.

Hey, out of pure curiosity, are ESCH tokens traded somewhere already? Not that I want to sell any already, but I would like to know anyway; keeping track and all...

No this is not listed on any exchanges that I am aware of.

Does anyone know if there are any plans for the asics that are going to take over

This has been discussed and Ubiq is currently testing a new algorithm which will replace the current network.  This was voted in with community governance using the Escher protocol token. Testing is well underway and one would think we will see an upgrade quite soon.  This should help mitigate the ability to rent hash.  Not much can be done with propitiatory Asics if one plans on building them for Ubiq, should be interesting to see how that all plays out.

Feel free to join the Discord chat if you want to talk about it with the community.

Many miners dont want ProgPOW, and sharing an algo with other networks doesnt solve the imediate rentals problem.
