This is a good idea, but i see some problems. Hihering a dev would force us to collect money from the community, even before PI is launched. This would be very mirrored to an ICO, and that's what we don't want to do. There will be some other features in the future (way to early to tell yet) which would/could make PI very very unique and special. But if we say "hey we will have this and this and this and ofc this" it would be like saying "Yes, we will implement everything" and this would be like telling lies. We are honest devs who don't tell any lies or promise something we can't do.
How the dev replied to suggestions here gives me the impression that he's one of the sincere ones.
I agree his way of thinking of not declaring so much promises that might end up to empty commitments.

Sorry i don't understand your question. Currently there is a working testnet with the POS specs working fine and with a POW without any block reward. I am able to find blocks but with 0PI. I have made some changes to the sourcecode and will compile the testnet wallets. If the implemented coinreward is working correctly on the testnet there might be a public testnet available by next week. But i posted this before, please don't nail me on next week testnet because i can't promise that i can finish it this weekend

As i can see you have changed your signature campaign to a non picoin signature. In order to receive the bonus (not released yet) for early supporters you must have a valid PiCoin signature ready. Picoinsupport is checking the shareholderlist and is telling me, which people have no PiCoin signature ready. People will get informed that they are loosing the early supporter bonus if they change to a non picoin signature.
I will setup the poll for logocontest today, i'll check again that no logo got missed. If i missed one, ill upload it to the website. Vote will be available for 7 days.
If everyhting goes fine the testnet will be running next week with POW/POS.
and don't forget to count me in your signature campaign,I wonder who behind in PiCoin that only you Dev,seems just solo action,isn't it

We are two friends, knowing each other for more than 10 years now. I am in cryptos since 2013 and picoinsupport is in to it since last year.
I am working as an it-specialist and just love cryptos. I have watched different coin launches and i think, that ICOs are quite popular these days. I believe in a complete free distribution, so that also new people have the chance to obtain some PI without investing money. Investing money into a non finished project is also a dangerous thing. Because we don't have an ICO i believe, that PiCoin has a great oppertunity to become a good coin
