The launch was fine.
Don't lose too much time mining the coin as POW will be only present in the very beginning. Please be patient, as things need to get setup first, there are always some issue to solve.
Dev is not responsible for the pool. the pool owner has setup the pool quick and dirty, which will result in newcomers to have problems mining the coin.

We are already collecting the PI addresses of all the users on the signature campaign. Simply send it to me or picoinsupport.

Currently there are 28 active nodes, includeing the 3 master nodes. CPU load and ram are looking good on the nodes, i just checked it

If you cannot find out yourself, you probably need to wait for the airdrop to start to get some free coins.
I could tell you how to mine, but this will remove any advantage of those who did the research on their own.

And since you actually make money here, you will probably not get any guide the early days on how to mine.
Be patient, after some days, people will start sharing their experiences and you will get help more easily.
