the server is down, get network error everytime. why isn't on github?  something wrong with the wallet and working on an update for a new win10 release? or just server down?

This is archive with 0.8 with all 4 windows builds inside (x86, x64 and builds with legacy nw.js version for WindowsXP and older), which I was asked to build. I suppose it was a plan to upload all archives later in github releases separately, by other people, who have access. And this link was not suppose to be shared in the public. Anyway I think release 1.0 for the (where most activity is going, and most fixes included) wallet will be released in the public in less than 2 weeks. Right now, I playing with automatic building for all platforms, so later you will be able to use edge version build from the last commit without extra hassle to build it.
Also people who use Linux right now, could check PPA with build based on 2 weeks older release1.0 branch https://launchpad.net/~hda-me/+archive/ubuntu/musicoin-wallet which surely would be updated again before the official 1.0 announce. Development is quite active, so more advanced people, who can't wait could build and play with 1.0 branch already, and report bugs for it.

I dont think so, but not sure. The musicoin player can now be embedded on twitter and other social media sites though.
