The USD version as well? IIRC Mitchells stance is: a new campaign (even if run by the same people) needs a payout to move to active.

Although the new campaign has paid out its participants recently, I would advise not to put it in Active as there are many members who are complaining that they received 10-20% of what they should have recieved

the price increase has nothing to do with it; its more likely that the casinos / services that used to run campaigns just dont see the need for advertising, or see the advertising as ineffective, and have decided to discontinue their campaigns.

I just checked the StrawPoll results and from now any campaign that pegs their Bitcoin payout to USD will get a "**" in the table overview.
