All users participating (if they so choose) will receive a free Bitcoin Debit Card (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1006153) courtesy of BIT-X.com. http://goo.gl/forms/wp2OZzRPPR if you're part of the campaign and interested in a free card!

Basically, all users in the campaign are entitled to a free card!
I heard the card can't be used on Indonesia right? Sad

Participants need to pay monthly (and other) fees after they receive the card correct?

I have never heard of people having to pay to participate in a signature deal  Grin

The card issuance and postage is free unlike every other card of the market. Fees will still be applied to users, apart from the monthly fee which was recently removed.

Participants earn from the campaign, no one is ever in a loss or paying out of their own pocket..

@Josef27 the card won't be shipped to Indonesia if you're a resident there. But supposedly works wherever mastercard is accepted. According to the OP here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1006153

@marcotheminer seems like a good move. But the fees are too high. By the way, can't see the bottom half of your signature's "Issued by MasterCard™ | Supported Currencies: BTC, LTC, USD, EUR, GBP".

The cards will work there so they can be used there. However they cannot be shipped to residents of that country at this point in time.

That's correct. Fees aren't at all high for what it is (you can spend your balance anywhere at anytime, no hassle)!

The signature appears fine to me, I'll take a look at it later.

You have fortunejack listed as PNYC (payment not yet confirmed) however I understand that they had a long standing signature deal not long ago that paid out on time for several months. Is there a reason why it is not listed as "A" (active)?

If you want to join bit-x, you can go to their thread and read what you need to do to join there https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=877765.0
But there are campaigns that pay more, if you don't post much. Like the one I'm in for example. xD

The one I'm in is from Coinichiwa, but is not taking more people for now. But there are others that pay the same or more per post and are open, like the ones from mbit or the one that was just posted from bitbingo lol.
But you have to go to their threads and read the rules and how to join. To join it is usually just making a post in their thread with your post count and your bitcoin address and using their signature, but some ask for more things.

FortuneJack previous campaign has ended, what you saw on the OP is a new campaign with 0.04 weekly and a bonus of 0.04 for bonus if you join up for 4 weeks period, and this campaign hasnt really payout yet so it is right to list them as PYNC although today is their payday, if they pay then they will be moved to active

Starting 'new' campaign doesn't mean you're not trustworthy anymore. If FJ have a long history of running the campaign without any payment issues, then it should be marked as 'active'.

They could have just used phrase 'new rules' instead of 'new campaign' and they would've be shown as 'active'.

I believe mitchell doesnt list it as active was because it is based on this reason ,although FortuneJack never had any issue with sig campaign payment but it is still a fact that this "new campaign" hasnt paid out yet, so PYNC is a correct term for this
BUt there is no point in debating this further, because as I said, today is their payday, so it they pay it out today, they will be move to Active, so no biggies for this

did they ever actually ever close their campaign? Looking through the change log the last mention of them is from January when they were "updated". I am fairly certain that they just created a new thread (with different rules?). I understand that if a campaign were to have closed, then the company potentially chsnged ownership it is possible that the new owners could run away with free advertising but I don't think that would really apply if only a new thread was made.

By the new thread logic, bitstars should always be in PNYC.
