Coinut paid the last period, but they are missing payments of the period before,  in which they changed rates mid-period and a lot of people seem to have been counted with wrong rates in the campaign-sheet.

The current term is fine AFAIK. The problem is the last term. They decided to change rates in the middle of the term. This lead to many - including me - leaving. Now there are two problems

#1 the count is off for some, because its important when the line for the lower payment is drawn. There are at least 2 or 3 complaining about this.
#2 the payment is not done even though the counting was finished at least 5 days ago.

I missed some of the minor cosmetic changes.

#1 The order for Payments in the detailed section is now the same for all (low -> high rank), replaced ";" with "," added dots at the end.
#2 There was a Pays to address:: No, requires an account. I removed.
#3 I removed some double "::" and all "maximum participants ..." as that information is not helpfull anyway

Sorry for the double update, but I noticed that mexxer had not included my previous changes because they did not make it to the OP when they posted their update. Then I kept going on their version and tried a quick fix by saving both to a text file, looking for differences with diff. It was a bit messy and it took more time than I had.

I seriously consider creating a git repo for this now.

A new signature campaign has popped up: The Merkle - it does have a couple of red flags, though: the campaign thread is self-moderated, and the campaign manager, themerkle, refuses to use escrow (and the pay per post is quite low to boot).
