Youre potentially tricking others into depositing there.. Adding a do not play here message does not affect your signature standing. You will still get paid.

I admit that I am not completely following what's going on with this dicebitco.in thing, but I do have to say that I think your point seems questionable, marcotheminer.  If I paid you to advertize for ACME Rockets, and we agree that you'll bear the advert for a given time, and then you tag a "sux" on the end of the advert or something equivalent, I think that I would consider you to be in breach of our contract.  Again, maybe there's some detail here that I'm missing.

We can't guarantee anything right now. If you want a guarenteed payment you will have to stick with the DiceBitco.in signature till the end of the period. The fact that we rent our signature space for advertisements doesn't mean we vouch for the services advertised. Even bitcointalk has a disclaimer under their advertisements saying that.

What was the agreement you had with dicebitcoin for the escrow? I guess that it was to pay everyone that completed the one month successfully at the end date. But just in case the terms are a bit more loose, wouldn't you be able to pay everyone that wants to drop out at your own will since you are the one holding coins in escrow?

In the last post of their old thread, DB say that they don't want any of the 10 BTC back from us. I figure that means our responsibility is to pay everyone who follows the terms of the campaign, which means those who keep the ad in their signature, and don't tag "sux" on the end.

Anything left over after that, we're free to keep, or use as we like.

We have agreed that it would be reasonable use those left over coins to pay people who drop out now, having completed a quarter of the month, at a quarter of the rate. If we stuck to the terms of the campaign they'd get nothing, but that seems unfair.

I logged in just because dooglus PMed me a legit question.

If you change or alter the signature in any way, you will not be entitled to payment. Those are the signature rules. Its your choice to drop if you wish, and get paid nothing. Calling the site fraudulent though makes no sense, when we processed all payouts, we didnt keep a single BTC, and paid from our own stash. We had the opportunity to run with 7.5k coins, and we didnt. How stupid is to put a cheating method in nonce, where EVERYONE can check it, when you could simply rape a 7.5k bankroll..? others call us "mateo". If we were mateo, wouldn't it be wiser to use that card yesterday, before the shitstort, before the refunds OR even like when BR was 3~4k+ coins? looks wise to you to wait for the BR to stabilize @ ~500 BR and hit it? Dont bother answering me, i know the answer. As for the fact if the rolls are legit or not, come and test for yourself. i repeated countless times, we did a rollback on admin server, to our push, and we tripple checked everything.

As said, im not here to argue with anyone, just to make a statement for bitcoininfo and dooglus. 10 BTC will be more than enough to pay everyone, even if they were reaching max post.

I've seen no proof that the site is "failed". It's still running, and they say the issues have been resolved.

Note 5: dooglus and bitcoininformation, please proseed with payments for the sig campaign when it expires. You both have from 5 BTC in escrow from me. If people change their signature, or the funds are more than i sent you, you can keep them as a thank you for the service.

What's the fucking point of wearing the sigs for the next 3 weeks? If everyone hit the max post count, the 10 BTC won't be sufficient, we should cancel the campaign and divide the funds proportionally to ranks.

That's the best possible route to take currently. We need a response ASAP. (maybe even add a little extra for everyone if there is enough, for all the trouble and so the 10btc get distributed fairly)

last month with 100 ppl and higher rates, we paid ~12 btc in total. now rates are lower and post count less. 10 btc are enough to cover it.

You decided to call it a day and give up on DB, I understand, don't blame you for the decision. But why the hell do you want us to carry on with the signatures till the end of the month?

Can't you just give both Dooglus and Bitcoininformation a 'green light' to pay everyone sooner? I suggest giving both of them 0.25 for their trouble, and divide the remaining 9.5BTC proportionally to the rank (it's not complicated, I can do the calculation if needed).

In such scenario, everyone should be happy, people would generally get paid slightly less then when reaching max post count, but would be paid sooner and with no further need of posting. Dooglus + Bitcoininformation would get the whole escrow sorted sooner (+would get paid a little) and you wouldn't have to do all the posts verification. Everybody wins.

Sounds reasonable?


Ps I won't have much trouble in reaching the max post count (and I don't spam and am not very active), if other hit the max too, then 10BTC is not enough. If that happens - it's gonna get pretty messed up + there's a risk that Doog and BTCinformation will end up (involuntarily) being responsible for verification of posts.

EDIT: If everyone reaches max post count, it would total 18 BTC

What the hell is happening with DiceBitcoin!!! No "employees" should have access to dicebitcoin provably fair system, and I seriously doubt that there is more employees. Running an online casino does not require more than 1 employee, except for maybe some mods.
