Why is Cryptcominer in PNYC? It's 1 withdrawal per day, and I've withdrawn every single day since their campaign started. Also, what's up with the asterix? Their business might not be the most trustworthy ( everyone has to evaluate it and draw their own conclusions ), but their sig campaign hasn't had a single problem so far. It's a Ponzi, so a daily payment isn't going to cut it for me. They will need to exist for at least a month before I move them to " Active". But the asterisk should be there to warn people about campaigns which, for whatever reason, might not make it to the next payday. If this guy is paying dayly for several days, it seems that the asterisk is misleading. This one might not make it to the next payday. Of EVERYONE on the site simultaneously withdrew all their earnings and principal there would not be enough BTC to cover everyone..

Ya. Using other members funds.. So is it a Ponzi scheme ?? or not ? 3% daily and more!!! Sure it is a ponzi, there is no way to earn so much money. Do no throw your bitcoins there. For signature, you could subscribe to their campaign, the only risk is not being paid...

I think cryptominer is having payment troubles. I have not received by daily credit in my account as of yet. I have also seen a large number of accusations that they are a ponzi.

12 hours ago, i got mine and received in my wallet normally. Ponzi, in fact, yes they are. They put their thread on Gambling Section, so it is obviously a ponzi. And almost all HYIP and high interest rate program are ponzi.

What's the problem if people are running a ponzi if they're being upfront about it?

Because it is illegal in "all" the world ( 90 % of states... ).

The problem is that ponzis are fraud, as you know you won't be able to pay everyone.

The problem is that ponzis are fraud, as you know you won't be able to pay everyone. A casino cannot pay everyone and is not a fraud; ponzis are illegal because they fail and they are very deceitful
