I thought team only downed the my.exscudo over the weekend so that there will be no confussion for the traders for the stressed test. But i thinks it is over, hope the team will fix this beside stressed test is over.

yes im having this problem, try several times withdraw and all is Rejected, and when i click it said users are locked
try to create new wallet address, and still have this problem, allready email them but no good answer

Actually, they have announced regarding the shut down of the my.exscudo for the stress test (for the weekend only). But they did not announced any if they are planning to continue the shut down and until when. But for me it no longer down. We can alreadh access but but there are still minor bugs or maybe the site cant handle the numbers of users wanting to log in to my.exscudo

If you participated in stress testing (June 3 ,2018 11:00 - 15:00 GMT ) you will get reward but if you not you cant get a reward.
As for now theirs no update on the that testing.

to deposit in test.exscudo.com is you need a testnet balance
Like balance for bitcoin testnet, or other coins too

yesterday i tried to deposit using bitcoin cash testnet and its working, but it will be good if the dev add a notice about how many confirm it need for the deposit credited

I too had this problem and a few days back I tried to withdraw again and it worked. Many have reported this error and so I guess you need to wait for a permanent solution from the team

i like how they move deadlines for few times  already, it was 24 may, then 31 may, 6 june, now we dont even know.
