huobi on the dump
$2 massive dump these days lol enough to send btc-e trollbox into the panic mode I'm so happy i managed to stop reading there. It was quite addicting. It's one of the worst parts of the internet i can think of. |

What evidence do we have that bitcoins are being bought up off-exchange? Obviously Second Market.
SecondMarket is believed to have now ~96 kBTC. They bought ~10 kBTC in February, ~13 kBTC in March, and sold a net couple of hundred in April. (They just started allowing the first investors to liquidate. This chart could not look more bearish if it tried! from 1min 3, 5, 15, 30 1h 2h 4h 6h 12h 1d 3d 1w ..... on btce at the moment all MACD are either pointing down or are level about to point down. |

Good for her... but what about the guy who bought from her at above 1000 in December? He too was told it was a good investment, but lost more than 55,000 € at this point...
Only if he sells at a loss... only way you loose money is by realizing a loss. Depends on the viewpoint... One could also say that he lost over 100 k€ when he bought in December, but may still recover some of it, by pushing some or all of his loss onto someone else... |

Only if he sells at a loss... only way you loose money is by realizing a loss. Depends on the viewpoint... One could also say that he lost over 100 k€ when he bought in December, but may still recover some of it, by pushing some or all of his loss onto someone else... You mean by selling his coins to someone else? If he sold me all his coins now I have no loss only he does. |
