Agreed and even then i think the market will still be very nervous waiting for official guidelines about BTC.

Bobby Lee summed it up really well in one of the Coin summit videos when he suggested that China would be more likely to provide guidance and "get on board" once America has set up their frameworks (Something that does seem to be happening)

Its how I see it as well .

China just want to be in control, I personally dont care if they disapear or not, the short term price isnt going to affect my life.

The fact remains though that Chinese people will still use BTC and if the PBoC drives the market underground they wont be able to monitor it. I dont think they would pass up the chance to regulate and monitor, they just want to see how the US did first.

More or less. If the news is bad, I think we will not manage to make new lows. the large players know that the 15th might be their last chance to buy into panic.

I agree with the gox fallout but how does Karpeles day in court have an efect on the price?

Its optimistic I'll give you that  if the news is bad I definately think they lows will be tested and on its way down it will be interesting to see how much support disapears.

Well judging by his other personal appearances or statements, it's probably safe to say that he's going to say something stupid, issue bad news or spread worry amongst the market.

i told my landlord about bitcoin as an investment because i believed it was a good investment. she invested 12.5 k € in may 2013 and sold above 1000 beginning of december, profiting € 100 k .  boy, i feel so guilty.

no one is interested in the 500BTC wall on btc-e tho.

volume is low because we accumulated so many god damn hodlers invested for the future.

don't expect them to all panic sell at once because china banned bitcoin 5 times in april.

Thanks! However, in his Coindesk interview (well before the Caixin rumor), Huobi's CEO said they had been planning this move for some time.

The rumor may have spurred them to do it earlier than they had planned.  BTC-China too created "international accounts" a week ago.

Let's see what will happen.  I would think that most of their domestic customers would be unwilling or unable to move to the overseas platform.  So, if the rumor turns out to be correct, the price may still drop some more around April 15.
