What a pump and dump shit show. I hope nobody did anything stupid like buy more bitcoins. How silly of us. Surely this is going to $0. Pfft... you'll have to pay people to take your bitcoins! Crypto... it's done.

I'm convinced that the ETF will get approved within 2 months. The Winklevoss twins have secured partnerships to fasten and optimize the approval process, with some of the most important auditing and financial management firms in the US, including multi-billion dollar audit and financial services firm State Street. The Winklevoss twins called in State Street to verify assets of the Winklevoss Bitcoin Trust and oversee the entire deployment process for the benefit of the SEC. In a statement, both firms agreed that State Street will act as the administrator of the bitcoin ETF, and will take responsibility for the day-to-day administration and trading of the ETF. Since any potential issues regarding fraudulent trading or impracticality will ultimately affect the third party institution, State Street, providing the SEC with assurances that the bitcoin ETF currently under approval is, in fact, legitimate. “State Street Bank and Trust Company (“State Street,”), the Administrator of the Trust, is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Trust under the Administration Agreement and following the provisions of the Trust Agreement. This includes (i) maintaining the Trust’s books of account; (ii) calculating the Trust’s NAV in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Trust’s registration statement,” https://btcmanager.com/news/finance/final-decision-on-winklevoss-bitcoin-etf-to-come-in-march/http://secfilings.nasdaq.com/filingFrameset.asp?FilingID=11639604&RcvdDate=10/18/2016&CoName=WINKLEVOSS%20BITCOIN%20TRUST&FormType=S-1/A&View=html

Always been confused by this and maybe someone can help.
How will bitcoin get to a high price if it can't do big jumps in price?
Surely slow and steady will take us tens and tens of years.
How can 10k (for example) be even remotely realistic any time soon?
Not trolling, just wondering your thoughts.

Guys one fundamental question - where do you actually trade? I had a sell/trailing stop order by Kraken today in the morning and during the dip - it didn't fill !! So I quickly made a sell/market price order - which also didn't fill !! Then I even more quicky made a sell/fixed price order which finally worked - but very late and I could have earned much more Do you have similar experience? Do you know which exchange actually WORKS during high load situations? Thanks Same here but on huobi nothing would ever fill.. I would still be sitting very happy with my 8380 sell and 7200 buyback but noooo... But.. I lost 0 zero BTCs so whatever.. Just didn't gain any.. I could care less what the current fiat price is tbh, I just want more BTCs even at $100.. I bought some physicals for cold storage and was like "crap, I might loose on the premium, better margin long an order as a hedge" so I did and won that pretty good.. Now tht the price is back down a bit I may be able to flip a physical for more than I paid for it when everyone was panic selling them.. I might get to have my cake and eat it too..

Haven't posted here in a while, but still read daily.
It's been a long 3 years of ups and downs, but I want to join the ATH celebration.
I assume we're not following Huobi. That $110 arbitrage, hows that holding?
move btc to china -> sell -> get fiat -> and then? its hard to get fiat out of china, thats why arbitrage doesnt work well. most likely you need connection to get fiat out. Ah, makes sense. I always overlook fiat problems ha. Still a wild price difference right eh, and i have a feeling that china's capital controls are only getting tighter and tighter bitcoin is a way for them to get capital out, but this means their BTC markets are bleeding supply while demand is rising. no wonder there's such a price dif. That's correct. But is still fair that price don't go down below $900 and the price gain some slightly increase which mean it may get back up anytime soon.

There will be one more dump to about 700/650 and then it will go up again.
I also think that can happen, but not today. It will happen about in 5-6 hours https://i.imgur.com/lQ7u2yg.gif
