My guess is we get another wave of selling, while it's still advantageous to do so before Monday's western exchange fiat begins to arrive.
You have a very strange definition of "advantageous". Are those who are selling people who just want to throw money away by selling low today instead of high tomorrow?

Maybe some big players/manipulators want even more cheap coins, and might not have bought back in yet. Demoralising the market with another successful sell off would place them well for buying back lower, though I recognise that it's a risky idea given some of the strong resistance demonstrated

Bitcoin price now is a bit like Martina Warren looks now, compared to the earlier pic by Sitarow. Still attractive, but not as much.

I succumbed to panic buy sell much earlier on when it started to climb. I have since learnt to be much more cautious and only trade a tiny fraction of my bitcoins.

I think a few people are like myself, as in, holding off any more fiat transfers to exchanges till holiday season over and life returns to normal working week. Going to be an interesting few weeks to see what the price ends up on December 31st. Hoping above 2x266 myself.

This is a bulltrap. Don't try to catch the knife above $200.

Nice!

Can't wait.

Mt.Gox price under Bitstamp has always proven to be bullish in the past. My guess is up from here.

They are shorting their coins, aka selling them with the intention of buying at lows that won't exist because they will follow their greed to the bottom of their wallet.  Bitcoin is like a slot machine with a guaranteed winning day if you can walk away, but stay at the machine and you walk away empty.  Moral of the story = Shorting BTC is very difficult to do and maintain a profit.  You will hear a lot of gloating from people who claim to be king at it but if you review their post history you will see they always predict that its the end of BTC and the end is nigh.

Yesterday's crazy roller-coaster ride seems to be straighten today as well as slowed down but we all know there will be more hills, more turns, and more falls in the coming future.

Something weird is going on lol.

Look here http://bitcointicker.co/

See the last trades. A lot of 0.004 trades? A lot of people using the same bot or someone trying to make sure the price stays at a certain level?

FYI to all, right now from 7 days ago we are down 26%. From 3 days ago we are down 32%. In the last 24 hours, we are down 2.99%. From 30 days ago, we are up 106.43%.

This is with China news triggering a huge selloff that would have devastated the price in April.

That news did not define an outright ban in bitcoin and many of the attributes the chinese investors and people from around the world found attractive have not changed.
