One benefit  of surgery is I lost 5 pounds  I am at   196   but  180 is goal.

Mouth teeth upper lip all hurt and the surgery was on my nose.

The most surprising pain is my eyeballs feel squeezed due to the work on the sinuses behind them.  I have been Icing them with this

dunno if you have nasal packing if so save a pain pill for when they take it out. its not really painful per se just mainly sucks enough youll be glad you did..

new methods involve no packing with your constant drainage into gauze that is held under the nose with a velcro and late strap.

use salt water solution to rinse nose blood and mucus.

I rinse it two or three times a day.
I swap out the gauze four or five times a day.

About 51 years ago when I was hit in the face by the baseball they packed it for a week or so with cocaine laced gauze. That hurt when it was removed. Over time the septum kept closing down the right nostril.

Glad I got  this done. Hoping to get more healed.

works pretty good.

Hope you get well quick!

Go Low Carb and no HFCS (which you probably already went, because of fucking Diabetes)
Zinc + B-Vitamins (esp. Folic Acid) -> speed up tissue healing/rebuild
Bromelain 1g/d in enteric coated caps for 4 weeks -> against infections

use salt water solution to rinse nose blood and mucus.

I rinse it two or three times a day.

Sterilized water, if possible.

GM Wall Observers, a small pump back to $66,000. The halving has passed now, hopefully GBTC selling is slowing right down now that they have created a new mini ETF with 0.15% fees.

I really hope we’ve seen the bottom now and the ranging in the low to mid $60,000’s gives us a solid base before we enter price discovery and hit ATH after ATH after ATH over the next 18 months or so. It’s a really exciting time to be in Bitcoin right now.

I just hope we get a proper, parabolic run this time unlike in 2021. My hope and expectation is we see $250,000 next year. Everything is in place now for a life changing run, let’s get it.
Sales and transactions on bitcoin main street will slow down look at the price of fees has not returned and miners will not sell much of their bitcoin.
Thinking if bitcoin breaks the level down from $60k and returns to the level of $50k it will be very difficult for miners, the reward is halved and the price of bitcoin correction is very disadvantageous to them, because taking advantage of tx confirmation is not big for their profits.

why not get $500k? i ready for get that Grin

.

at akbarkoe.

viabtc is paying 8 cents a th last I looked.

as long as we stay at that number miners are fine.

5 cents would hurt.

s19 3 kwatts for 100 th

burns 75 kwatts earns 8.45

at 10 cent power  8.45-7.50= 95 cent profit.

and miners are not mining at 10 cent power they are at 5-7 cents or less.

it will certainly get to the range of $250k but might possibly take longer time before it starts shooting up higher and higher with a massive ATH at the peak of the bull. We should be expecting the first shoot up after it exceeds this last ATH of $73k and that will happen in no time with no significant correction below $60k

If you were trying to create a haiku.. you didn't count correctly.

Maybe something like this would have had worked better:

First after the Halving
Holders holding the future
Casey missed the ride.

haiku hard to write = 5
but when you pop a good one = 7
you will feel happy = 5

Im glad you’re on the other side. Over the years have had a couple of “going under” and this doesn’t get talked about but the sheer happiness and joy of making it thru is a great feeling. Heal well dude, feel happy the hard part is over.

I know EXACTLY what you mean!
My anesthesiologist:

 Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

At my last two anesthesias i can remember, he asked me to count to three, and i was so keen to make it. Every time it was lights-out after "one".
I hate them when they do that  Roll Eyes
Last time i had this 1.5h waking coma starting in the wakeup room, and the nurse made fun of me not waking up while rocking my body. "Have you been out too long to party, last night, Mr. OOM?". I am sure i told you guys about here already. It was as peaceful as fascinating, and i'm glad it happened after surgery, not in between.

Yeah, you're doing things right, obviously!  Cool I must have forgotten that you are keto already. I try too, but after a week or two at most, i usually encounter some situation where i have to eat or drink carbs to avoid hypoglycemia, mainly because i am the type that forgets to eat regularly (because other things are more important to me in the now).

EDIT: As you might know, i am fighting that fructose-malabsorption, which led me to a different way of nutrition. I didn't care shit what i ate as long as it gave me energy. The malabsorption (undiagnosed in those times) took care that food dind't stay in my body for too long, so i was always on the lean side. I couldn't even gain weight when i tried hard. And now, my diet excludes all the food that could help me to gain more weight. I'm satisfied because i excercise, otherwise i would have to suffer quite some back pain, as i did in the days when i completely ignored my body health. The FM probably saved me from becoming a victim to chronic pain medication.
