The Story of the Kamikaze Bull
He buys 2k Bitcoins thinking that he would create a panic buying. No movement.
So he buys an additional chunk of 2k thinking "I got this...", but then the coin is getting dumped to abyss.
He goes "But wtf, i sacrificed so much" then he proceeds to spend whatever he's got left in the bank and purchase another 1.8-2k coins.
If the market doesn't react positive to his obvious pathetic pump, then the retard will lose a lot of money.
You cannot disrespect the stupid bull whale, though. At least he put his balls on the table and bet the bank. It shows that BitTulip is really immune to pumps these days. Bitcoiners need another fat fuck demonic charlatan like Karpeles to get this underperforming-almost-unusable currency into 4 digits again. Kinda makes you wonder where bitcoin would be $$$ wise and use wise if China/Russia had not banned it.....Mt.gox did not go belly up.....BFL actually delivered (or refunded promptly) KNC would have kept its word and ethics and stayed out at mining above 5% as they stated fall 2013 and paycoin and GAW never happened ....and not to forget the IRS in 2013 would have just stayed out of this (treat btc as land i mean really?) (whooo....made my self swoon from the very notions above)

Buys are coming in because Bitcoin will soon be in the faces of every Facebook user via ChangeTip. Lots of new Bitcoiners will soon enter the space due to this increased exposure.
Does changetip provides pay by PayPal or credit card ? Otherwise, don't think the Facebook user will bother open an exchange account or coinbase account just because they see some tips in BTC. EDIT: Just tried by myself. New users get $0.5 for free and then they have to either top up by BTC or have to register a coinbase account. Really wish them to provide a BTC purchasing service by themselves, otherwise I don't think that will attract many non-bitcoiners. Yeap, I gave it try and it's easy, and there are lots of little businesses on facebook that could benefit... But customers actually going through the process to get bitcoin, and people cashing out from bitcoin need to be just as easy rather than a massive pain in the ass....

It's way to dark and foggy to take a picture of it. No lights on the Billboard, but it is on the 80 not the 101. Right after the last exit of SF off to the -> before the Bay Bridge. It's one of those black Paypal Braintree boards. There's another one I saw driving from Oakland to San Jose as well. Pretty sharp minus not being able to take a picture of it at night

I suppose you are referring to the pump from 195 to 210 on Bitfinex, yesterday, correct? Beware that any move is promptly carried to the other exchanges by arbitragers, in a fraction of 1 minute. So, t is often hard to tell where a move really started. In particular, those buys at Bitfinex could have been arbitrage. Is there evidence that they were indeed the source?

Karpeles playing with his Willy and China were probably the reasons this thing reached the $260 and $1200 levels in the first place. Willy is a thing of the past now, and regarding China, looks like they bailed long ago PS: not posting bitswamp because irrelevant after the post-hack exodus (and before the hack the picture is the same, demand totally drying up and progressively going to shit), and finex is just shorters taking profit with the maker-taker bullshit. Doesn't sound like a pump&dump at all, but keep glorifying it No doubt we've had a lengthy bear market but with regards to China, I wonder how much lately is due to a diversion of funds into their stock market ( has been on a run last 6 months or so). Such a run up they're now trying to slow it down, putting the brakes on margins. Interesting.

It looks like we're heading into a Lesser Rule of Thirds cycle. The superstitious numbers have held well and gave the traders enough confidence to take it up a notch.

Feels like everything's getting stabilized slowly... But, why does it seem to me that it's the silence prior to an upcoming storm?

LMFAO at these shamanic deluded bulls. "I have a feeling" "Silence before the storm" "Superstitious numbers" "Signs on road" "Today i didn't catch the red light" Trust me, this thread would be so much better with the always cynical and realistic intelligent bears as leaders. Fortunately, this under-performing-almost-unusable BitTulip token currency is going back where it belongs. Two digits and a Sterling Deluxe Stainless Steel Casket.

Hello fellow voodoo traders, what do your chicken bones say today ?
Sideways while slowly, very slowly moving towards the next plunge. Could take a month though and subject to whale buyers waking up.
