On btc-e 1200LTC/BTC trade was made the BTC was then sold at market rate and the usd was shorly used to bbuy 1200 ltc and keep the ltc/usd value the same.

I've got one major problem with this theory ... 1200 LTC is like 10BTC ... 'dumping' 10 BTC would have no impact on price whatsoever so your graphs make no sense to me.

Correlation /= causation

That is when BTC is sold for LTC.

Huge difference and its split between BTC/USD LTC/USD

mmitech is just butthurt he didn't get back into LTC ~$1.20 and missed the pump.

didn't buy it and not thinking about buying it, I have to admit LTC was the best performing coin in my portfolio, made good money with it but I don't see any reason for its existence... the pump and dump is over, and now it is just a bad copy of Bitcoin that doesn't want to change nor get special....

if I am going to ever invest in alts I would invest only in the promising v2.0 coins such as Ethereum, I would invest even in ripple and not LTC.

the 2.0 space is going to be much bigger by the end of the year. one of them is going to cause another wave of insane innovation.

I'd beg to differ that a 10btc move doesnt move markets as they seem to be relatively thin?

10 BTC would very rarely cause a move of the magnitude he is showing, and several hundered coins were dumped in the time-frame of his graph. That 'possible' 10 from his LTC theory is just noise in this.

Alts are all pump and dumps, or have such a small marketcap that they can be destroyed by one person.  Name one alt coin that has lasted more than a year in its hyped up position.

Don't get me wrong if you are going to invest in them scam to get money, go for it, but don't think they will sustain.  Look at darkcoin, the savior for gpu miners, secretive....or a huge pump and dump (that actually helped me alot), and is now what?Huh?? A skidmark on bitcoin along with every other alt coin.

Making up stories to fit what you think is happening with the price is easy, this is a trading pitfall IMO, just like the new "traders" on reddit who are convinced this thing will go to zero because of "mining inflation"....

1200ltc buy could have been me Smiley I'm anticipating rising prices so I've been grabbing a few.

The only thing different about Bitcoin is the timeframe.  Today's Bitcoin is just a skidmark on yesteryear's Bitcoin too.

Narrow-minded imo, 2.0 alts are built to be innovative and easily/highly flexible in the core to fit constant new needs for crypto. It's not stuck in stone like bitcoin and first gen alts who would need numerous sidechains to be patch up making them just more complicated and basically a big mess. I won't hype alts here anymore it's not the place but i find everybody way too focused on bitcoin. I know it's the father of all crypto and all but there are big things coming. FOr example, BTC-e just dumped 3 useless alts from their exchange a week ago and are planning to add new innovative ones soonish.

How many people fell for the pump to 240 last night?

got in @ €200. slept through the pump. :/ im thinking we will break out upwards by latest 9am gmt but probably between ~3-6am.

At this point I feel we're going down.  We will go back up, but short term down.  A lot of people are still hurt from what happened this week.  I will speculate a big drop this weekend when activity is lower (possibly when USA and Canada are sleeping) I think we could see another fake rally up to 240 just as a bull trap so shorts can leverage more.

Down is the only way you're constantly predicting mr. bear Wink

Well, that is the apparant answer for now. Or is it not allowed to predict downwards movements here anymore Wink?

Of course it's allowed, I'm just tired of pessimism.  Bitcoin has been going up and down every few hours. I see no point in saying "it's going down" every time it drops $5.

It isn't a stupid idea. But it's also funny that some people were thinking that it was Bitcoin, because they gave a hint : ''So cheap'' in the previous video --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LnBAp_G3SyA
