I'm pretty sure that virtually nothing said by anyone here makes the slightest difference to the market prices.
I view this thread as pure commentary and comedy. It's still my favourite thread on bitcointalk even after all this time.
Sometimes you get first in news!

you should get off the board and stop trying to push everyone to buy...just forget about it for a while... what you do here is pathetic I try to protect my investment. 80% of this thread are trying to destroy bitcoin through jealousy or to get in cheap That explains why you are so highly active in this topic. I understand that you get annoyed by the people that say Bitcoin 'will' fail, as I'm annoyed by the people that say it 'will' go to the moon. But then again: you talking here won't stop them, nor can you influence the price of Bitcoin in any way by writing some short pieces of text here. I understand that you might be jumpy because you bought in at > 400, but if you get out now you still won't have lost all. Watch it: not telling you to get out. I'm however comparing you with a gambler at this point, that being one that goes all in for a few times with an ever shrinking stash. There is more than enough rational reason to get out of Bitcoin for now and I urge you not to base your decisions, whether you hold or sell, on your emotions.

True, once it crashed from $266 to $55 and I doubled up there but they were what I'd call cheap coins, I mean I bought a load of them for $15 each. I think everyone will get their chance to get cheap coins later this year when we perhaps turnaround and all get the chance to ride the bull again.
What I call cheap coins is not going to match up with what others here call cheap coins - not by a long shot.
Yeah but buying at $55 was more a risk than buying at $220-230 now, considering all the developments in the Bitcoin space since. Sub $250 certainly feels cheap to me, I wasn't one of those people saying $600, $500 coins were cheap on the way down either. It does not seem realistic that we'll go back down to price levels we were at when the infrastructure was still relatively fragile. I'm not saying it won't happen but it is not likely. These are good price levels to take a position in, unless you are already heavily invested I wouldn't hold out for cheaper prices.

It looks like btc is going to find bottom around lowest 100s before a reversal, its crystal clear that price is barely holding above 200$.

Yes, buy they dip they have been saying all the way down from 1200$. BTC hasnt touched bottom yet, deal with it. You have to sell the correction einstein. Hoping for $60 coins again is just as delusional as dreaming of $10k coins at the top. Works both ways.
