It doesn't bother you at all, knowing that the only thing you see as being worthwhile is ...financial gain?
Financial gain is secondary for me, there are much bigger matters at stake here. I will happily sell all my bitcoin completely at a loss if it betrayed its principles. (I.E... excessive centralization, blacklists ruining fungibility, raising the 21 million bitcoin limit, mandated KYC at the protocol level) Nice to hear. Luckily, the comment you quoted wasn't directed at you Tho here you're clearly in the minority ... *** that, money makes the world go around brother!

can we slow down this a bit? it's too fast, faster rise than last bubble
Perhaps this rapid bubble is just what we need to increase transaction volume and place pressure upon the developers meeting in December to come to consensus on solving scalability for the 2016 bubble? Scary , in a bad way nonetheless... not healthy ... but could have some nice consequences.

So much this. I can' think of anything in my life that I have invested as much time as Jorge has in btc with 0 financial gain.
Bah. I invested even more work and time on the Voynich Manuscript, and don't regret it at all.

6 years in, bitcoin showing no signs of stopping, trolfi remains sceptical of its success.
you're now not just sceptical of its future, but of its already successful past you realise? (no need to respond, you've been on ignore for almost 2 years now.)

Bah. I invested even more work and time on the Voynich Manuscript, and don't regret it at all. Yar but studying and/or breaking the manuscript could have helped further a career or bestowed previously lost knowledge on the world. Dismissing / riling Bitcoin all day, not so much.

Heh, I sold some of mine at $399, now I'm just waiting for that dip to buy back. I hope I haven't made the wrong choice. Remember when $350 was an ambitious goal? Man, two months ago seems so far back now.
