what is the point of the micro dumps that last 1 or 2 days and have no long term effect Huh

1) could be a fake out?

2) Could be that some of the bigger bearwhales were not ready for the dump and only renegade bearwhales have participated in this particular dump?

3) Could be that the dump is not over?

We don't necessarily know until it plays out.  I'm kind of a bit more inclined towards the second one... but I would not be surprised if the 3rd one were to play out...

Time to fulfill Afrikoin's prophecy.
I'm already sold out and waiting for $750.

Not 100% on 750 but I'm in fiat unless it pops up convincingly through those walls. It's been a bit of a slow grind down so we'll see where it bottoms out. I hope Africoin is correct.

JJG thought I was a reckless gambler when stating I had gone all fiat @ 1200 USD. I see no reason to play bits of this and that and percentages. I go with momentum and and have no problem reassessing my position and changing if need be.  Not panicking and buying back when it went higher than 1220 took some restraint but I was confident in the position.

Yes I also called them madmen but they burned me because they are stressed like hell lol. Anyway enjoy while they are still on this forum because they are left behind for good. Because muh YORK was wrong and $800 will come because we would all dump our coins to buy PEPECASH.
Anyway they can join the kwuckduck army.

Who's stressed, york?
You can't stand an affirmation 2 days and then you're contradicting yourself. This must be stressing, you're not the same person a week in a row. Go look for a psychiatrist, I've already told ya.
How's waiting for sub $800? Losing coins yet? Looks like your stress reaches a new level and I keep on winning. Same shit different day. But I dont care about you or you weak ill brain that isnt capable to read a proper chart+ tradingadvice. You are weak and so is your strategy. Every market has losers and you are an example for them. Good luck holding fiat. You are just been played by the whales. Will you be left behind? Ooh wait that happened already. Couldnt care less.

It had always been like this right?
Every exchange has a slightly different chart. None of them are the same because of big buy/sell orders.

You can't get dollars out at present. That totally warps the normal behaviour of an exchange. They're now going to add new currencies. For now there's not much point in paying attention to their price.

I haven't been following for the last week or so so I'm pleased to see the price is back up to nearly where it was even if it can't make up its mind which way it's going from here.   So what happened with the fork?  Has it been called off or has the return to four figures just shifted the issue onto the back burner?

I find it curious to see the price so low in Bitstamp compared with other exchanges. I don´t know if it will have any relation to the fact that now on their page you can see highlighted the XRP / USD exchange or not.

This market is flat out fraud.  $30 spread between Finex and Bitstamp.  Since we all know Bitfinex is an insolvent exchange that trades against it's own customers and also steals their money, I'm guessing that spread is also propped up by non-existent money just like Gox.  Why are people willing to put up a $2 million buy wall on Bitfinex but no other exchange to try and prop up price?  Because Bitfinex probably isn't even using real money, just imaginary exchange digits.

I've been saying BitFinex is the new Gox forever and here it is.  There is no valid price of bitcoin as long as Bitfinex is the market maker.

The current chart looks like shit and is forming a down channel and you got fraudsters on Bitfinex trying to manipulate it up with imaginary money that probably doesn't exist:

$41 spread between Finex and Bitstamp now.  While large spreads can happen in bull runs, they do not happen in times like this right now.  There is some major fraud going on at that exchange.

This is not an arb opportunity, it's a get your money the hell outta Finex before they steal it again opportunity.  Absolutely nothing happened to them the first time they stole millions of dollars.  Why not trade against their own customers some more and just steal it all again if they come out on the wrong side of the trade?

In case anyone forgot the first Bitfinex scam:
